Unlike the O'Fallon location, this is pick up only. While the pick up area is tiny, the order we placed online was ready exactly when it was requested to be. It was hot and smelled AMAZING! While they don't offer as many options for crust, etc as the other location, I like thick crust just fine and our daughter loved her personal cheese pizza so it was an overall success! read more

If I could give a zero I would. It is sad that customer service is at it lowest. I called to upgrade my order within minutes and this location hung up the phone (4) times to avoid talking. I would have spent more money. Then when they picked the phone up the manager stated it was Poppa John's. This is sad to lie. So when we walked in he argue about the situation. Why would I recommend anyone to be treated such. I attempted to patronize the Hazelwood location business and the manager acting he don't care. This is why I don't eat out anymore because of issues such like this. I wouldn't dare allow anyone to prepare my food with a distasteful attitude. For the record this location weren't busy at all, I drove to the O'Fallon, MO and service was superb. Please do waste your time in Hazlewood, MO. I don't have to eat out, it a choice to give my local restaurants my busines. There are businesses that are struggling and this the results...fix your business practice before you go under. read more

WTF? I heard soooo much about how AMAZE Pantera's was and that I HAD to go there because it was the BEST pizza. No. No. No. never again! This is by far and away the biggest disappointment over a pizza recommendation I have ever gotten! There was not a SINGLE redeeming quality of the experience. Crust? Trash, thick, gross and just really off. Sauce? Meh, tastes like it came out of a can at Aldi. Cheese? I think it tasted like they REMOVED all the flavor from some off brand dollar store cheese and said... it's good.... Toppings? Really generic, not good, not bad. Do yourself a favor, go to the dollar store, raid the home made pizza isle, buy everything - it will taste on par if not better than ordering this overpriced, overhyped nonsense. read more

I love Panteras so I put up with some things since this one is closest to me. I often do NOT choose this Panteras simply because their customer service is not the best and they rarely honor anything advertised on the Panteras website. Excellent pizza and great service! We ordered online and went to pick it up...everything was ready to go in 20 minutes on a big order! The psychotic bald manager Kieth working 1/8/20 literally screamed in my face for no reason, started walking around the counter as if he were going to fight me, because I kindly showed him my cell phone to ask if I needed a 2 liter or a can of soda. While Pantera's is not the WORST pizza I've had in my life, it's far from the best. One plus? They offer pizza by the slice during lunch (11am-1pm). They offer delivery and pickup. I ordered a slice of pepperoni the other day. You could literally see the grease pooling on the top. I had a bite and threw the rest away. It wasn't too terrible, but the grease will certainly do you in. I won't be back. read more

While it for sure isn't the best pizza ever made, it is much better than Papa Johns, Dominos, and all the other mass produced pizza. I've driven by this place hundreds of times and finally decided to stop in and give them a try. I would have given them 5 stars, but their "deep dish" isn't really all that deep. Some of the best pizza in St. Louis. They don't use that provell crap but actually use real mozzarella cheese and the pizza has a real crust and not a cracker. We ordered 2 pizzas. One pepperoni and cheese, the other was bacon and sausage. The pizzas were on the expensive side and left more to be desired. While the toppings and cheese were delicious, the pizza dough was pretty gummy. This was my favorite place to get pizza from as a kid. We probably won't be back. read more

One of the best pizzas in St Louis (and Dewy's). I didn't give it 5-stars due to the price -- the pizza is expensive compared to some of the other chains. My favorite is the ULTIMEAT -- $15.99 for a medium and $19.99 for a large. I wish they had more sit-down restaurants, as I think they only have one in O'Fallon, MO. read more

What a terrible shame. In a "red ocean" market like St. Louis pizza delivery places, Pantera's has a true "differentiator" in their thick, hunky pizza, and as someone who grew up with a Pantera's right up the street I have a personal bias and will tell you it's superior to any of the schlock being served by any of the national chains. The pizza themselves are a real experience that you owe it to yourself to try at least once. Don't let the crappy little hard-to-find hole-in-the-wall location fool you. Unfortunately, these people have NEVER learned how to treat their customers. Maybe they're better to their customers at the O'Fallon location, but the guys at the N67 location are rude, can't get an order right, and act like you're bothering the hell out them when you order, have a question or when they get your order wrong (which is often). If they're all owned by the same guys - then - you need to seriously examine your staff at the N67 location. If not - then I'm not inclined to drive to O'Fallon to get my Pantera's fix - so I guess I'll take a pass from now on. I'll just drive to any one of the many other specialty pizza places in or around St. Louis that sells thicker pizza's and be treated as a valued customer. read more

This owner either really doesn't care about his business or he doesn't know what goes on in his store. For the second time this week, I tried to order their taco pizza. The first day, the guy tells me it will 30 min for the taco meat to thaw, I didn't have the time so I said ok, not today. Today, knowing I have the time in case it happens again, I place the order at 3:36. The guy on the phone tells me it will be ready when they open at 4pm. I show up at 4pm, and there is one poor guy trying to answer phones, make the food and take payments. There is a line, but who hasn't been in that position at some point in their life so I wait patiently. The guy asks if I ordered the taco pizza, I say yes, he said it will be another 10 minutes, I say ok, no problem and continue to wait. 4:17pm a guy who I can only assume is a manger walks in, goes to the back, and yells out to the front....who ordered the taco pizza? I said, I did. He says it will be 30 min for the meat to thaw with an attitude as though I were a jerk for ordering the pizza in the first place. I told him I ordered the pizza 30 min ago, but he did not respond, he just cowardly hid in the back of the kitchen. Had he come to the front and said, sir, I'm sorry but we messed up, I probably would have waited. I get people are stressed, but I was not the person who called in sick or didn't schedule enough people. I am an innocent customer being treated like crap because people on your side messed up and your manager has zero people skills. If you don't want to sell the product, don't offer it rather than acting put out when someone orders it. I have never had these issues in the past when ordering it from this location. I can safely say I won't be back. Update: decided I was still craving their taco pizza so I called the O'Fallon location. The difference was night and day. People were friendly, and imagine this, they can manage to make a taco pizza in the same amount of time as every other pizza. The manager told me it would be 15 min, since the drive is 25 min, he agreed to delay the order. It was ready when I got there, and instead of rude angry employees, I was met with friendly smiling employees. Maybe this owner needs to have a meeting with the O'Fallon owner on how to hire management. read more

I can't speak as to the pizza, but their sandwiches are AMAZING! I work just up the road, and we order sandwiches from them all the time. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Turkey Club. Best hot sandwich in town. My only complaint is that they have zero nutritional information available. I'm on a diet now, and have no idea how to work in thier sandwiches. :( If they had that info (even if it was bad news for my waistline), I would give 5 stars. read more

Petty place of business! I purchased two pizzas and was given four small packs of cheese. I shared with two other people, which meant one pack per person. They also charge extra for the use of credit cards. Not to mention, the pizza was loaded with grease. Horrible! I will NEVER do business there again nor recommend this place. read more
