Rating the best pizza and wings in the St. Louis area Pizza: 7.4 Crust wasn't as done as I like it. Other pictures show it more done but my crust wasn't as done as others. We ordered take out and it seemed slow when we went. Slow enough for one of the workers to be lounging in the front on his phone while another person walked up from the back to greet my husband. It's a small takeout shop, with fine decor, no where to sit. The food was meh at best. My olive pizza almost seemed like the dough was not baked through so it was chewy instead of crispy but then it also had burn marks on it so it tasted burnt. It was also unnervingly red, I'm not sure why, I guess it's the cheese to sauce ratio? The sauce was almost sweet, but also acidic? I just had a couple pieces before I just couldn't stomach it anymore. The salad was fine, we asked for no tomatoes, but they were still in there. The pizza was delicious. The crust was thin and crusty. There were lots of toppings and they were all good. Carry out only. The leftovers reheated well. We carried out but they also have delivery. Pizza crust taste bland, and burnt.. the texture was like communion crackers.. the sauce was unflavored . The salad was soggy and also flavorless.. I don't even know how they managed to mess up a salad.. but they did.. Mushrooms were also soggy, when you picked one up the entire breaded coat comes off in one piece .. Three years ago this was one of our favorite places to get pizza in Jeffco, but after tonight they will never get my business again. It seems to be a very popular pizza place. I called to place my order after 6 pm on a weekday. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Parking was easy, and staff was friendly. The restaurant lobby was small but clean. I chose the "Pride" pizza. The crust was crispy and thin. The tomato sauce is unlike any I've had before. It had lots of Italian seasoning, it wasn't spicy, nor was it sweet. The other toppings were large chunks, and flavorful. There was plenty of cheese. Overall, it is a good pizza. I'm used to the super salty and umami flavored sauces of other St. Louis style pizzas, so this one seemed different. I will definitely give this place more tries to find out what flavor combination makes the sauce shine! read more

This is a good story... That'sa Nice'a Pizza reopened in its original location after they left it like 12-13 years ago? I used to eat there with my dad. We liked it! I tried it out on a Wednesday night when I was in the neighborhood. It's carryout only and I ordered a toasted ravioli and a 14" pizza with pepperoni and bacon. The toasted ravioli and dipping sauce was as expected. The pizza was SO GOOD! It was just like I remembered it. The crust is thin and crisp and it has some random air pockets in it. There are black charred bits on the bottom of the pizza. The sauce was good and the toppings were generous. It was even good cold the following morning. Not all pizzas are! Loved it. I ordered a pizza from here after hearing, "It's one of the best pizza places in the area." I was so excited when my son finally came home with it, but was super disappointed when I opened the box. All of the toppings looked as if they slipped off the pizza. We live literally around the corner from the pizza location and couldn't believe what it looked like. I called to let them know, was put on hold, and then told, "The guy who made that pizza said it looked wonderful when he put it in the box. Sometimes, when you order fruit toppings and it mixes with the cheese, they are super juicy and become sloppy. Maybe next time, order light pineapple." So, instead of taking fault or suggesting when we ordered to get light pineapple, we have a nasty pizza that isn't edible. I wish I could attach a picture so you could see what came home. My review is just for the item II ordered and nothing else. I tried their toasted ravioli. Since this is a carry out business, you can't try the food unless in your car or waiting until you are home. Their ravioli and chicken strips come in frozen. Big clue. The taste was weak, the flavor non-existent. This will save me from trying their chicken strips in the future. The only fresh things I heard was their pizzas. I'm assuming their salads are fresh also. I will return to try their pizza, but anything else? No thanks.
