We called for an appointment for an outside the foundation leak. Water was pooling downhill. Tiffany listened when I called in and was very personable. She took the time to clarify what was the problem could be and was so kind. We got the first appointment the next morning. Randy and Dustin were here and took time go through and turn the water off at the inside home and outside at the meter to clarify the leak was outside the our home. They walked me through each of the three estimates so I could clearly explain to my spouse before we made a decision. I was on the phone with Leah to explain we had chosen them and wanted to schedule the first available time. The next morning at 8 am was scheduled. Leah was just as personable and friendly as Tiffany answering questions about how they took payment. At 11:00ish Leah called to say Randy and Dustin were available that day at noon, would we like to move up our appointment. Leah had made some bad situations seem better (even though they aren't) in just one call. Randy and Dustin dug in the wet clay and found the "root" cause literally. We had our water fixed and the pools of water dried up even before they left. The pressure was back to normal. I found around 2:30 pm a small leak in basement from the 1st Floor plywood flooring and had been dripping on one of the ceiling tiles. After trying to determine what was going on, I call Panther's office and they could have come out the same evening, but I had to schedule it for 1st thing the next morning. Jessie called around 7:30 am and said that he would be getting to my house in Acworth around 8:15 to 8:30 am and he got here at 8:13 am. He had to drill a hole under kitchen sink & could not found a leak under the sink or on the outside wall. He finally determined that a copper pipes for the 2nd floor middle bathroom were between the den and kitchen wall and I will have to have someone professional remove my half framed paneling on this wall and then Jessie will come back out and use a camera to find the pin hole in copper pipe & repair it. He worked up an estimate for both the necessary trips & I made 50% of that estimate & will call him back when the paneling is safely removed to complete the repair. Matt McCoy was awesome. He made sure to inform me of the best case and worst case scenarios before completing the work. Luckily the fix was quick, easy, and the best case scenario happened. He is very polite and friendly so I felt very comfortable with him in my home. It was more like having a neighborhood friend come by to help fix something rather that a serviceman. I highly recommend their services. I had tenants in my condo and they broke the shower handle. I thought this would be an easy fix, except there was no brand name listed on the shower head or any of the parts to the handle. The first plumber I called from a different company came out and removed the handle to take it with him to see if he could find the part. Problem is, he never came back nor did he answer any of my calls to bring the broken handle back. The next plumber came out and had no clue what type of handle would fit on the cartridge and bought handles on a guess- and they did not fit. Next I called Cash Plumbers and Dylan came out and within 15 mins he knew which brand it was and what part I needed to order to fix it. Excellent service and very knowledgeable!! I had Panther Plumbing come out to do a 2nd opinion, and ended up using them because the previous plumbing company was trying to tear up my hardwood floors to repair a leak. James with Panther Plumbing came out and was very professional, and told my husband that he could reroute the plumbing without tearing up my hardwood floors. He did an excellent job, and even re-cemented the holes on my slab that the previous plumber did looking for the leak at no additional charge. Had a clogged drain and called Panther Plumbing. Tech came out, took care of it and a couple of other deferred maintenance items.
