Came here for the first time ever tonight. I was quoted 25-30 minutes so I showed up at the 30 minute mark and had to wait another 6 minutes. Whatever, it's fine. Fortunately for them I had snacked beforehand so I wasn't a hangry monster. The pizza was okay. I wasn't a huge fan of the crust, as the middle seemed too soft and doughy. It almost seemed like it needed to be cooked for a little longer. Not sure if maybe they pulled it out of the oven prematurely since they were running behind schedule. The end pieces had the best crust since it was slightly crispy. For what it is, I think it's a little pricey ($15 for large 1 topping). I'd be a way bigger fan of the pizza if it were closer to $10. That being said, this place is only a 2 minute drive from home with decent enough pizza so I'd come back out of convenience alone. Plus, I like to support local when I can. read more

Thin crust from homemade dough that doesn't seem to have any rise in it baked in a Blodgett oven with quality ingredients that beat any chain pizza around here. If anything, I'd have finished the pizza straight on the deck for the last 30 seconds to get it as well done as the top. Reheated very nicely later (425, 6 minutes on metal tray to crisp it), maybe even better than straight out of oven. Easy to miss & hidden on the side/back of a plaza, appears to be carryout only. Pizza: It has a cracker crust, and generous amounts of toppings. Of all of the pizza places in the area, Panzera's is in my top 3! Location: It is around back of a shopping center- the pizza is takeout only. We've gone to the daily growl and enjoyed a beer (or 3) with the pizza. The business owners there are totally open to bringing pizza in. Personally, that's my favorite way to enjoy Panzera's. Service: This is a very small business. If you've been drinking on Friday or Saturday nights, definitely spend $3 instead of $10,000 on a DUI ... This Panzera's is small. Around the back side of a strip plaza in Upper Arlington. A big group of friends met at The Daily Growler for a birthday party. We got the munchies. Looked on Yelp, and this was the winner by distance. No Tables and chairs inside - it's an order/pick-up situation. The large Sausage/mushroom/green pepper had extra cheese. Panzera's earned a try for my weekly Friday night pizza. This location is hidden on the backside of a strip mall off of Riverside Dr right at the intersection of Fishinger. So note: Parking can get crazy.. especially with the opening of Daily Growler.. You may be driving around for a quick minute. The inside is so tiny... This is a carryout only, so not dine in spots for locals looking to chill. Not that pizza places need to have ambiance or anything, but man this place almost felt like it was falling apart. We ordered a Cheese pizza and a meatball sub. The Ugly: The Meatball sub had this weird sweetness to it. They claim they make the meatballs in house, which Kudos to them, but I totally did not dig it. Another Ugly: Infamous yelper BBJ once explained a pizza to be "White as a baby's a**" at another pizza establishment.....And this pizza unfortunately was just that. It was a tad undercooked for my likings crust wise. Yelpers may want to request "well done" when ordering, because that was my main disappointment. Other than that.. My wife and I ordered from Panzera's in Grandview for years. We moved about three miles from the UA location so we decided to try it. The pizza was awful and we were shocked. When my wife picked the pizza up, the employee first told her he put extra cheese on the pizza (which would normally be a great thing) and then proceeded to tell my wife that she ordered a lot of food. We ordered a large pizza and an Italian sub. When I opened the pizza, all I saw was an edge to edge brown layer of cheese. It had been over cooked on top but the bottom was under cooked. You could literally peel the entire layer of cheese off the pizza to show the toppings sitting in the sauce. We always over order so we have leftovers. We never finished the pizza. We threw it away. The sub was a soggy mess and barely edible. Next time I will remember to take a photo. Terrible experience and very disappointing. read more
