She listens carefully, to my questions and concerns, does a comprehensive exam and evaluation, explains what's going on with my eyes, and talks about treatment options. I will never willingly go anywhere else for eye care. In addition, Jessica is a wizard at adjusting glasses that get bumped out of kilter by grandchildren, and the ladies at the front desk are always cheerful and pleasant both in person and on the phone. This location is twice as far from my home as the Paoli location, but I still prefer to go to Phoenixville.

Dr Lynott falsified my medical records, committed Medicare fraud, unethical behavior, refused to ever meet , talk or write to me explaining her findings. This was supported and encouraged by the owners of Village Optical. I spoke with and emailed the owner, Greg Vallino and his brother Marc Vallino a number of times regarding these issues and asked that they have her follow through with her job and explain her findings to me. Their first response was "we are 100% sure that Dr. Lenott's Documentation were accurate". if they had audio recordings of appointments they would know she's lying. The only possible way they could say that is if the wrote or helped her write the falsified records. Which are now part of my permanent Medical Record. She sent these falsified records to my primary care physician without my permission. This company has no morals, and no ethical standing . they commit Medicare fraud, lie to their patients, which for me, has delayed any possible diagnosis or treatments that could help improve my vision following cataract surgery and a lens exchange For over 6 months. Greg Vallino had Dr Lynott dismiss me as a patient the day after I found out about these document. It has been almost 6 months. I had to go to another specialist who explained all of their testing results, what my diagnosis was, and what they recommended would help improve the vision in my right eye. No individual, especially patients, deserve to be treated in such an unethical manner. There doors closed and their license revoked. ***** I am doing and will continue to do everything I can to bring justice . I would never recommend for anyone to see any of their doctors because the owners are so corrupt that would be Greg Vallino and his brother Marc Vallino. I Hope this will help other patients to seek ophthalmology care at a different practice . We only have two eyes and must do everything to take care of them by seeking the most qualified, professional and ethical doctors we can. Stay Safe ~

I find it very hard to review services of doctors and the reason is quite simple. Absent serious…read moreissues where we end up getting a second (or a third) opinion and can compare how correct one doctor's diagnosis was relative to the other doctors, it is really hard to answer this basic question - did the doctor do a good job? That is why I find it hard to comment on perhaps the most important aspect of service that a doctor provides - the quality of his diagnosis. With those caveats in mind though, here are the reasons why I rate this practice and Dr. Fabriziani so highly: 1. It was relatively easy getting dates to be seen by the doctor in the first place. A few weeks back, I had an appointment to be seen by Dr. Fabriziani but because of something else popping up, I wanted to reschedule. It was easy getting another date within 2-3 weeks of the date that I called the office. 2. Very reasonable wait-times: It bugs me when there are long waits at the doctor's office in spite of showing up at the designated time. During both of my past visits, my waits have been reasonable (less than 15 mins. from what I recall) and during my last visit, I was in and out within the hour. 3. My first visit was for a routine eye exam but the doctor seemed to suggest that I schedule a followup visit for another possible eye condition. In some instances I may have viewed this as the doctor trying to get more money out of me but in this instance, I did not view it in that light because (a) another eye doctor had brought this issue up as well and (b) Dr. Fabriziani explained to me why he wanted to schedule that follow-up. He even showed me a picture of my eye underpinning his diagnosis. At the second visit (the follow-up), he checked me for that eye condition and said that there was no reason to be worried about it. All in all, I have enjoyed seeing Dr. Fabriziani and having him as my eye doctor.

I have been a patient with this office for over 35 years, I had previously recommended them many times. I am extremely saddened by our April 2022 visit. Our visit included interacting with the office manager Jeff. We were quickly taken aback by how he interacted with the staff at the front desk. Then when it came to selecting glasses we felt like he was pushy, rushing and dismissive. While we were at the office the pricing didn't seem right, but we were being rushed so we paid and left. I called my insurance company to clarify the charges. To start with my husband and I were both charged copays, my plan doesn't have a copay. Then upgraded services that I specifically advised I did not want were added to my order. I contacted Jeff after speaking to the insurance company, told him I was not happy, he tried to add on more charges! I cancelled our order and went back to the office to get a refund.

When I questioned Colonial Eyecare about it the office manager tried to gaslight me by saying "children's eyes/vision change over time". All while knowing full well this diagnosis IS NOT something that develops quickly. STAY AWAY from this practice!!

I used to do these tasks with ease, and it started to feel so difficult. For years, I thought it was just anxiety and started to stay home more often. I was avoiding doing fun things with my friends and family because it was so stressful and tiring for me. My symptoms progressively got worse, and I started to experience eye strain every day. I was constantly stressed, exhausted, and overwhelmed. I just thought I was crazy. I decided to call the Vision and Learning Center to see if they could help with my symptoms. I immediately knew I made the right choice because they listened to me and validated what I was experiencing. After running thorough tests to get a better idea of what was happening with my vision, I was diagnosed with Convergence Excess. I finally had a reason behind the debilitating symptoms I had been experiencing for years. I started going to weekly vision therapy appointments and worked closely with Betsy, Amanda, and Dr. Malikkal. I can't say enough good things about these three women. They are welcoming, kind, supportive, organized, and so knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed working with Betsy and Amanda each week. They guided me through every exercise, answered all my questions, and made me feel so supported throughout the entire process. Dr. Malikkal was incredibly diligent with my evaluations and kept meticulous records to track my progress. I started to notice real results fairly quickly in my vision therapy journey. After 6 months of therapy, I have officially graduated, and I feel like myself again for the first time in years. I am driving with ease. I once again can enjoy being in stores and busy environments. I feel immense happiness, relief, and gratitude. I have gotten my life back because of the Vision and Learning Center. If you are experiencing visual issues, I highly recommend giving the Vision and Learning Center a call. It will be the best decision you ever made.
