Our service was faulty. An extra side dish was accidentally sent out on my partner's plate, and the wait staff said, "oops!", removed it off of his plate, and served it to the person sitting behind us. I think it is rude to remove food off of a customer's plate, even if it is an accidental extra. But especially poor procedure to then serve that to another customer. The menu on their Facebook was not current, and what I had been very excited to order was no longer in their printed menu. The current menu was less thrilling. My club sandwich a good size. They allowed customization. I felt my sandwich was of average restaurant value, perhaps a bit better value. The 3 breaded fish basket and fries was not impressive. Very basic. The fries are breaded fries. (I personally like that style) I do not think it was a good value for cost. Very basic restaurant, nice atmosphere with a poor first time experience due to singular wait staff and out of date menu online.

I think it has too much powdered garlic. Garlic has no business being in coleslaw. This is the mass produced really cheap grade school coleslaw that's also too sweet. I'm admittedly a coleslaw snob and when I asked if the coleslaw is on the sweet side, she said it wasn't. What she really meant is that she's never tried it because she hates cabbage. I should have gotten tater tots. I was trying to find something not fried. She did offer to replace it, but I didn't need anything--that was very nice and unexpected. My husband thought his spicy chicken sandwich was ok and his French fries were very good. He had so many fries that I ate them too and we still had some left! I'll try breakfast next time.

The staff were very friendly, and I loved the vibe- a mix of old school and new in an old (but very well maintained) brick building in downtown Weston. My one note about the Cajun chicken sandwich is that the seasoning, while very tasty, is mild in terms of spice. So if you're expecting spice, you'll probably want to add some spicy BBQ sauce or something similar. All in all this place is such a gem, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Weston during a mealtime!

Despite being the non-locals, we found the staff go be very friendly and attentive. We ordered the fried pickles which are clearly made in house. I had the pork tenderloin and my spouse chose the catfish. The catfish was super fresh! He was impressed with the size too. My tenderloin was okay. It seemed to have spent a bit of time under the warming light waiting for the fish to be done. Overall we'd definitely come back! We felt the prices were reasonable for what was served and the staff was welcoming! Next time we'll save room for homemade pie too!
