We have been ordering pizza from here for years. Last night we wanted something goid quick and easy since we were getting ready for halloween. When picking up the pizza, I paid with a gift card 25 dollars and 20 in cash. My total amount was 43 and some change shown on app when placing the order. The guy taking my money told me the amount took money and didnt give me change or a receipt. When i asked about it he acted like he didnt k ow what i was talking about. When does your bill ever come out to 45 dollars even? Never. He ripped me off. That why he wouldnt provide a receipt. Very disappointed. In case anyone from papa johns actually reads this. Well we have been ordering from here about once every other week! Although there have been horrible reviews previously that has never once been my experience! I have specialty needs due to gluten allergy and they have not let me down once! When you order extra cheese you get it! Everything including wings has been fresh and hot when delivered, not warm ...hot! This is so refreshing and I highly recommend you give them a chance! This particular store is the best Papa Johns I have ever ordered from, and I hope they start offering coupons on the gluten free pizza and hopefully start making in a med size or a large would be awesome! I used to enjoy papa johns but I stopped going due to conflict of interests with their owner. I gave them another shot and realized I hadn't been missing much. I've had better frozen pizzas in my life. Location seemed dirty and I could visibly see the person preparing the pizzas rubbing his beard without gloves on. Disgusting. read more

Went there a few Sundays ago. Two pizzas on a carry out order took over an hour and a half. Cook was singing a song about being the only line cook. Delivery orders were flying out the door though. Older lady with glasses always has a problem or cannot understand what you are saying. Won't be my problem anymore because I am never going back. We tried Papa John's when they first came to town. We got tired of their pizza really fast. Didn't eat there for years. Fast forward to today. Saw the $10 special on tv, so I called in. 45 minutes later, I remembered why we don't go here. I don't like their pizza. Pizza should make me go" damn that's good". But that's just me. They stay super busy, so there are lots of people that like them. I DO like the garlic sauce that comes with the pizza. Oh well, there are lots of other pizza places. See you there. read more

At this particular papa John's they handle cashier, phones, and food without washing hands in between. I saw the employee doing all of these at once during a busy time, idk if that's really an excuse to be unsanitary. Just thought I'd give anyone a fair warning. read more

This Papa John's has the WORST customer service and management. I have had issues with my order and delivery on multiple occasions. But more importantly, the rudeness of the staff and the management at this location is beyond belief! Even when I recently placed an order for pickup online, drove to the store to get the pizza rather than having it delivered, the staff members at the store were inconsiderate, unhelpful, and just down right rude in their actions and words. If the franchise was smart, they would come in and replace everyone that works there, including the management, with people who are well trained and value customer service. Papa John's definitely won't get any more of my business. read more

I have been ordering Papa John's Pizza for years. We live right by another Pizza place but seem to order Papa John's more than any other. They have delivered during ice and snow, without hesitation. Everyone who has delivered, from here has been extremely polite. Even tonight, the driver, Steven, politely waited while I searched to see the charge slip so I could right in a tip. It's pretty cold but he simply waited, politely. As I took the order and thanked him for waiting. He simply said 'Thank you." and gave me my order and stood for a moment to make certain I was good with the order, before walking away. Thank you Papa John's for always being on time and delicious. One time i ordered a pizza for delivery and it said it would arrive in 2 hours.... Which is too long anyway, but i didnt get it til SIX HOURS LATER. Like... What are you doing?
