All subs were good; especially liked the meatball & French dip subs. The French dip cud have more flavor, but it's take-out. What r u going to do. I ordered a medium sandwich in the store with no sides, way over priced at $10. The cashier tried more than once to upsell me, and I finally had to say just the sandwich please. I waited at a table for it to be prepared. There was no wait staff out in the dining are, yet when I paid, the kiosk asked if I wanted to leave a tip. My question is, a tip for what? There was a cashier who relied on a computer to do the work for her, and a kitchen staff preparing the sandwich. Other than trying to annoy me with the upsell, I saw no wait staff out on the floor providing any service that would merit a tip. A tip is for waiters and waitresses, not for cashiers and kitchen staff. The picture shows a sub layered with meats, it was pathetic when I opened. There was one layer of pastrami, a piece of cheese cut in two pieces, and I don't think there was even any corned beef in it. I would not go there again, despite the convenience the store offered to where I was staying. This place is a great fast food choice if you like subs, personally I think it's better than subway. The subs are fresh most of the time. Service is a 5-20 minute on average wait so not to bad. This week is the sixth week that I have ordered something from FireHouse Subs and a few items arrived missing. This time, it was Ubereats; the five times before this time, it was Gruhhub. I have spoken with FireHouse Subs management six times in a seven-week time frame about items not being placed in the bag and delivered. There should be a double inventory complied with, the store should check, and the driver should double check. Heck, The store person reads out the item, and the driver puts the item in the bag and says, check in the bag! Read It, it is not that complicated! Everyone apologies, but what good does it do for me when the items I ordered are at the store somewhere? And, of course, you receive a fund. However, I am back to going out or ordering elsewhere. I am highly disappointed with FireHouse Subs. I love ordering from them; as you can tell, I call six times in seven weeks. However, after ordering for a month and only once the order is complete, it defeats the purpose of ordering out. The thing to do is find a place that delivers, and once in the home, all the food you order is placed on. Probably the best tasting chain sub you could ask for; that's not just including Subway, mind you, but also Jimmy Johns, Quiznos, and even Jersey Mike's. The staff at this location is great. I got a Hero sub minus the mayo and it was perfect in each bite. The provolone has a great milky flavor and is thoroughly melted and steamed, while a thick helping of turkey, ham, and roast beef is beyond juicy bursting with flavor. The bread is really good too, with a crisp toasting but enough give to let you chew and savor each bite. It's not a huge sub but it's filling, although I do wish it felt larger when you're eating it. The price is more than you'd pay at another chain but worth it if you're a sub guy or gal. Hi, so I am in your Abilene Store currently and here is what is happening. My fiancee and I came into a late dinner arriving approximately at 9:08pm. The girl in the front with black framed glasses got upset with the manager James because he was saying she knocked something over and she said she didn't. While she's getting louder and louder, and James halfway in the back she shouts for him to "suck her dick," James laughs. I try to ask about catering as we have small business engagements in Abilene where we give lunch to our employees and the girl at the front with the black frames glasses knew nothing about catering so she reached out to James.
