At about 7pm last night my wife came in to pick up a carry-out order for my family and I. Well, she came into the store and there was an Uber Eats driver waiting for her order to be ready. After being ignored for over 10 minutes she finally spoke up to the older man working the front counter. She asked him politely if she could get her order or she was going to be forced to cancel her delivery. He rudely replied "Go ahead and cancel it I don't care I just work here!" which upset my wife. He continued to ignore both the Uber Driver lady and my wife for close to ANOTHER 10 minutes. Whoever this older man was working behind the counter at that time last night was so rude that I won't be back to this location and neither will any of my thousands of social media followers. If you have a man like that working for you who says that to a customer, there's no telling what else he has said or done. Unbelievable. read more

First - The person picking up the order went inside a few minutes after the pizza tracker said they were "boxing" the order. She waited inside 12 minutes for our order to be ready! And these guys messed up both pizzas ordered! 2 mediums - neither were cut Chicago style as chosen for both in online order. Pizza 1 - ordered Pepperoni and banana peppers - came as pepperoni and onion. Pizza 2 - ordered light cheese - came with LOTS of cheese. So, 3 of the 5 people ended up eating sandwiches for dinner instead. Extremely pitiful attention to what is ordered!! Wow. I can honestly say this is the worst pizza I've had in a long time, let alone the bread twists. First off, the pizza itself was more like eating cardboard. Bland and flavorless. Then the bread twists, which had a butter that was sunk to the bottom of the box, melted into in a corner, was gooey and seem to not be fully cooked, yet slightly burnt on the outside. The pizza washard as well, a little too cooked on the outside. The twists had parts that seemed soaking with Oil rather than butter. There were places on the pizza where the sauce was nonexistent, let alone the cheese, only the pepperoni was OK. Awful. While the delivery app is good, it doesn't warn you that wait times are long. You order THEN get the great news via your email confirmation that dinner will happen in 85 to 95 minutes. Yeah. 90 minutes later it arrives, lukewarm and missing sauces I paid for. Cutting looks like a third grader got loose with the pizza cutter, and the cinnamon pull aparts with ribbons of frosting look like gelatinous gunk with burned edges and no white frosting in sight. This was their second chance, and same issues. If you can't get it here hot I don't want it. Really. Add in a delightful driver who didn't seem to think getting me a refund for product I paid for and did not receive was important. Yuck. Terrible customer service-will never add a tip to the credit card again cause you can't get it back from a driver with a poor attitude! Would not give a star at all if that was an option. read more

Been going to this Papa Johns for about a year now and the pizza I got today was the worst. To bad. I needed a goto place. Now I will have to find somewhere else. Toppings were almost non existent. Lots of sauce and cheese but this was a every topping pizza. What the heck! Asked to hold the Canadian bacon and add more pepperoni. Missed the mark completely. Each piece averaged one pepperoni and maybe two little sausages. Asked for red pepper and a menu as well. Never made it. read more

I have been a loyal Pizza hut customer until I went to this Papa John's....The staff are extra friendly. They won't charge you for the extra garlic dip if you ask for it (Great customer service) The pizza's are great...Love this place. read more

This is the first time I have ordered from this location. They delivered within the 30-40 min timeline that was given in the email. The pizza was hot and exactly what I ordered. Also the delivery guy was awesome. I was babysitting, and the couples dog ran out the front door and was out of sight in a split second. While I was getting my shoes on to go get the dog, the delivery guy came back and "delivered" the dog to me as well! Service above and beyond what I expected! Thank you! read more

When I get there they haven't even started my order, which I made half an hour ago. I have to wait another 20 minutes for them just to begin the order, and by the time its out of the oven its been an hour. I was the only customer there and there were 5 people behind the counter, so I have no idea what happened or how it took so long. read more

I'll start off by saying I've been a very regular customer at this Papa Johns for several years. Papa Johns is by far my favorite pizza establishment, and up until a few months ago, I was very happy. My disillusionment began about 6 months ago with a VERY creepy delivery driver. I'm a single female who lives alone. I got a newer driver, who apparently developed a crush during our 30 second interaction. The compliments didn't bother me at all as I was signing the receipt--I was fine until he started texting me about 3 minutes later. Text after text, phone call after phone call, and eventually within 10 minutes, he was knocking on my door again. It was well beyond inappropriate and creepy. As it was occurring, I called the location and got hold of the manager. She didn't seem to take the situation lightly, but I also couldn't be reassured that anything besides a "talk" with him would take place. A week later I ordered a pizza, this time for pickup as I had no clue as to whether the Creep was still working or delivering for my area. When I went in to pick it up, I wasn't even a quarter of the way out the door before the teenage girls working the counter were snickering and saying "that's her." Apparently my story had made the rounds. After a break from the place, I began ordering for delivery again (after being assured Creepy had moved on to other employment by this time). I can't complain about wait time--I've very rarely had an overdue pizza, and only received a couple of mistaken orders. The last mistake--I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese delivered. When I called to inform the restaurant, they told me they could have my pepperoni out to me in about an hour, or I could pick it up much sooner. I was starving, so I asked them to comp me instead, including delivery. They said this wouldn't be a problem--they'd put a note on my account that I was due a free pizza to be delivered. The following week I ordered...and they tried to charge me delivery, stating that the pizza was free, but delivery would be $2.50. I know this is a negligible amount, but that's not the point. They had messed up the pizza they delivered to me the previous week--I pizza I paid the delivery fee for. I would already be stuck having to tip on this free order (I'll not punish the delivery driver for the kitchen's mistake), so I was not having any of it. After explaining the situation three times, they finally honored our agreement. Since the above two instances, the quality of the pizza continues to decline. They barely put any tomato sauce on the pizza, and it's always either over cooked or under cooked, usually the latter. This makes for soggy crust and no tomato sauce. The cheese seems to be different now in texture and taste--it's solid, so you don't have any cheese pilling apart when separating slices--it's firm. The last time I ordered, I couldn't even finish a slice--it was actually gross. Until then, I never thought I'd ever describe any pizza as disgusting, but that's what this was. The delivery drivers, with the exception of "that one," have all been decent, and some have been outright wonderful. That's about the only good thing I can say about this particular location anymore though. read more

Consistently slow in delivery AND inaccurate with order. My last order took 1 hour to deliver and the driver forgot part of it. He said he would run back and get the remainder. 1 hour later, the driver has yet to return. I called and cancelled the remainder. I'm eating cereal tonight. Sigh. read more

This is the absolute worst papa johns. They have the worst customer service that I've ever come across. For play dates I'll usually order pizza for the kids and adults, I have planned ahead (placed order at 10am for a delivery to be made at 12) only to not receive my pizza at 1:00! And on top of that when I called in the manager was rude and said their computers were having problems and that it wasn't his problem. No apologies offered or compensation. Today I hurt my back so I ordered a delivery for 11. I placed the order at 9:50 but their computer systems weren't up and running until 10:15 according to the female manager--we have waited so far for an hour and a half now for a pizza that still isn't here. It will arrive, at some point I'm sure, warm-ish but not hot as usual. I will not be ordering from this Papa Johns again because they LITERALLY can't deliver a hot pizza on time even though I'm 3 miles from their store. read more

I'm glad I hadn't looked at the reviews before ordering pizzas from this Papa John's. I was just now looking at yelp to see what other people thought about the various pizza places near me. I was pretty surprised at the low rating for this one, then I noticed they were all relatively old reviews ( 1 to 4 years old). In the last month and a half I've ordered pizza 3 times from this place. One order was for multiple pizzas (herd of grandkids in the house). Maybe things have changed for the better. Each time I ordered on line. They delivered exactly what I ordered. They delivered it at the time I requested. It was still hot and it tasted good. Horrible customer service! I ordered a pizza through the app and received a confirmation email at 4pm that my pizza would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. At 5pm after waiting an HOUR someone from the store called to inform me that they are not delivering that evening. When I asked the girl on the phone to speak with a manager she told me there wasn't a manager available and hung up. read more
