Gentlemen working the pay window had earbuds in, holding his phone and watching a video. Opened his window, took the money from my hand and gave me my change. A word was never spoken. Then props up a piece of cardboard in the window so I couldn't see him. The line wasn't moving so I was stuck next to his window for a few min. Got to the pickup window and was handed my order. There was 7 people working that I counted. The floor was a mess with food and packaging materials. The order was correct, one star worthy.
