So, despite my better judgement I decided to try this place out. I've heard nothing but BAD things since they opened about a year ago now. However, the bottomless appetizers were calling my name especially since it's playoffs for NHL and NBA right now. Honestly can't find a better deal for food right now. The catch is, you have the order TWO apps at 9.99 each. Granted, that's not the end of the world considering the deal you're getting. Moving on, I actually had a nice time. My service was good. A little slow, but my server was really kind and friendly the times I did see her. I also heard from her that they're having a few staffing changes so maybe that means it'll pan out better in the future. My food was great on the other hand. Hot, fresh, and accurate. Since I mostly came for my apps and hockey, I'd say that was the perfect fit. My real only issue, is why, at 9:30 at night, are the lights on full blast? I'm trying to watch a game, which is the main reason most people come to BWW, considering they have at least 10 tv screens in view at all times. It was brighter than a high school gym in there. Buyer Be Ware... Our dine in bill was $23.53. We paid in CASH with $30 (a $20 and a $10). The server returned with $6 (a $1 and a $5) change instead of $6.47. When we questioned that, she told us the restaurant does not do coin and rounds up the bill, although the receipt did not indicate that. So, my question is why doesn't the cash register reflect that statement? Or, better yet, maybe there should be a statement on the receipt stating that! The staff were friendly too, which definitely helped balance out the wait. For two adults, the total came to $26 with tip, which in today's economy practically feels like winning the lottery. Today we had boneless chicken wings and a burger with potato wedges. It took forever to get our order. When it arrived, the wings (meat) were not hot nor were the wedges. The server who was not very attentive to our needs had the manager come over. He did have the orders re-done; thus, we had to wait longer for them to be cooked. He did not offer to compensate us on the bill, although I did ask the server about that. She said she did not know what he could do because he was just a "fill-in manager" for a while. I said, forget it, that is what reviews are for.... so, here we are... We frequent this place and this is not normal. I now feel that they do not really care about their customers, especially the regular ones. We are just a number. Go there if you like.... Just be another number!!! read more

Waited about a year after opening to go due to bad word of mouth reviews. Wish I'd waited longer. Fabulous waitress who shouldn't have to make excuses for her employer. Appetizer arrived incomplete at room temperature at the same time as the food. Ordered a basic hamburger that arrived nowhere near as ordered except it was on a bun and with cold fries. The remake was served with one raw patty. Excuse was 7 to-go orders on the screen in the kitchen. Experience completely explains why there's such a sparse crowd in there watching football. Ridiculous, SLOW service. Inattentive bar staff; don't know when they have drink orders waiting. Extremely slow kitchen; took 45 minutes to get THREE street tacos and corn chips. There were only two tables waiting on food. Mine, and another table. They were seated five minutes after me, and were still waiting on their food order when I left. Absolutely stupid to be this slow! A BUNCH of wait staff. All milling around and talking and not paying attention to customers. My waitress came and asked if I wanted another drink thinking it would be my third. She was so inattentive that she thought my empty glass was my second drink order a half hour after asking for a second drink. She forgot to bring a second marinara. She forgot to bring silver and napkins. This place is new and has extremely poor management. This is my third time. It's been like this every time no matter if they are slow or busy. I'll go to Oxford, AL for good BWW service. It took an hour and ten minutes to get two drinks, mozzarella sticks, and street tacos. I don't recommend! Go to Applebees. They don't have great service, but this place makes them seem awesome. They have better drink prices and their 1/2 price apps are great. read more

Awful service from Bethany and her manager chris was uninterested n in my complaint. I will never return to any Buffalo Wild Wings Again!!!! We stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting to be seated and it was only 4 customers in the entire building sitting together while Bethany was on her phone. The food was not good at all. Too noisy, but even that would be okay if the place wasn't freezing inside! Been there 4 times and it is always freezing. The food comes out not too hot in the first place and the freezing temp turns the meal cold within a couple of minutes. The staff is courteous but the place and food is just too cold. The food is descent. That is the nicest thing i can say about this place. The service has been slow. The kitchen takes for ever. I guess im crazy because we have been back 3 times now. Welp this it is the last time. After waiting for over an hour our food arrived cold. If you look at all of the locations anywhere near atlanta the reviews are below 3. That is horrible. Ordered carry out on app. Went to designated pickup area on side of bar& was ignored for at least 10 min. Finally someone asked if I need help, & showed the order page on my phone. They said ok & went through a door & 5 min later, someone different came out with my order. Didn't offer to check it before I left (did it anyway) & it was correct. Got home less than 10 min later, & the fries were cold. Wings were warm. Long time fan of B dubs, but this was our first time trying this location.
