The location for oneita and highway 51 isn't currently listed on Yelp and I believe that's where my order came from. Got a medium pizza and 10 boneless wings. Showed up sooner than the quoted time which was nice. However it was on of the worst pizzas I've ever had, an artificial taste almost. I ate one piece and tossed it in the trash. Ordered here because of a coupon we got in the mail and it was a mistake. Food is very mid. It's rested a buffalo chicken pizza and it didn't even have the buffalo sauce on it. The quality of this pizza was also less than expected. I'll just continue to go to dominos at 101st and Elm. read more

I give this place a needs new management rating. ordered pizza, buffalo wings 15 piece ( only received 8 ), and cheese sticks. I placed the order at 5:37pm food arrived at my home at 7:12pm. Pizza was cold, wings were cold, chicken bites had no sauce and were thrown in a box with a side cup of buffalo sauce. No ranch, no garlic sauce, for any of the food. Bread stick were also cold. Very disappointed. For $39.00 I'll order from a local pizza place and just go pick it up. read more

You get what you pay for. The food is ok for quick take out pizza. It's a chain so expectations aren't high. The staff is friendly.

If I could give this location a zero, I would. Almost every time we order delivery we don't get our entire order and/or they get something wrong. On top of that, the quality is rarely very good. If you can order from somewhere else, I would. read more

I placed an order at 645pm with an estimated delivery of 745pm. At 830pm, I called to check the status. The manager called back to inform me that it would be another 2 hours before they would be able to get to my order and stated that all he could do to compensate our inconvenience would be to cancel the order. Do not order from this store. They are rude and apparently can't handle an influx of orders accurately. read more

I do not believe some of the reviews here accurately represent the new management of this store. I am a frequent customer of this restaurant and have always been impressed by managers James and JayLynn. They are always very professional and courteous and their staff reflects this. I would add I've been in the restaurant business over 40 years and I can tell you it is utterly impossible to be 100% a hundred percent of the time, it just can't be done in the rush of food service - especially when delivery is involved - and when I have had any minor problems they were quickly and efficiently taken care of. So.. Papa Johns at 121st & Elm. Been doing business with them for years, many many years. Tonight's pizza - delivered by a driver who knows me by name - was cold. There was also a piece of bone in it. So, whatever, mistakes happen. So I called. First, I was told the order was only 32 minutes old, so couldn't be cold. Then I was told that there's no way a bone could be in the chicken. Then "I don't know what to do about that". Then "I'm sorry about that"... and hung up on. So, that's not cool. And I live a mile away, so pants go on, and off we go. I walk in, ask the man if he's the one I spoke to, and tell him that he just hung up on me. Response? "Okay". Nope, not okay.. I'm here for a refund on this cold pizza. "Can I see it?" Absolutely, knock yourself out.. He looks, and asks "Where's this bone then?".. I show him the bone, which he pronounces to be a piece of Canadian bacon. It's not, it's a bone.. it's hard, and it's sharp, which you can tell by touching it.. "I'm not touching it". I don't blame you dude, but... that's how you can tell. So he grumbles, and agrees to the refund, which I sign, and say "This would just be so much easier if you'd take care of your customers"... "Whatever... don't come back". So that's where we are. A cold pizza, a refund, and an instruction not to return. Apparently this guy Devon is the GM of that store. Mistakes happen guys... when a ten plus year customer tells you there's been a mistake, maybe just take care of it, especially in food service? read more

I've had Papa John's in Texas. It's been a while but I remember it was good. I've been seeing the add for the stuffed crust pizza and wanted to try it. When I placed my order I clicked on the stuffed crust pizza and chose my toppings. Apparently it automatically changed the crust to original without me knowing so I did not get stuffed crust. I also ordered the jalapeno poppers. The poppers and the crust were under cooked. I will not be ordering from there again. read more

Ordered pizza to be delivered. The delivery person was the only reason I gave it 2 stars. He was friendly and polite. That was the highlight of the pizza. I did a web order online and did the custom on 2 pizzas. I guess they do not read the item removals or additions. My wife called to let the management know of the mistake and without complaining. The manager has no idea of how customer service works. The customer is not right. We will not be using this business again. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. We placed an order for two pizzas a dessert and two 2 liters it was 46.00 and my daughter went to pick it up, she handed them a 100.00 bill and they said they didn't have the change (44.00) to give her. Then told her to go somewhere to break it and come back, so I called and asked for the manager (James) he said that he just didn't get any change in yet. He said the banks were closed today (Sunday) and on Saturday.... I said well you should have planned ahead of time like maybe Friday??? That's not my job nor is it my problem, I don't work there and if you are willing to turn everyone away to have to leave and go get change and come back then you are a poor manager and store. He raised his voice and I told him I would be calling corporate and to cancel our order. He said ok. Now I see they already get bad ratings so I wouldn't recommend this store. Called to order a pizza for take out and with out even asking what we were wanting put us on hold for about 15 minutes until we had to hang up and call back. Explained that we were on hold for a very long time only to be told need to hold again. So asked how long will we be on hold and was very rudely hung up on. The manager who waited on me was very rude, no customer service skills, and never offered to help me with 55.00 worth of pizza and sodas with a child.
