I have been coming to Amazing Thai Cuisine consistently for quite some time, and there are a few dishes that keep me coming back again and again. The first is their crab rangoon. There is something about the flavor here that stands out in a way that is hard to describe unless you have had it yourself. It has a subtle green curry influence that gives it a depth and richness I have not experienced anywhere else. Even as someone who has traveled quite a bit, it remains one of the most memorable versions I have had. My go to entrée is the panang curry. While the portion is a little smaller than some other curry dishes I have ordered elsewhere, the flavor more than makes up for it. It is bold, rich, slightly spicy, and incredibly well balanced. When poured over rice, the sauce does not just sit on top. It soaks into every bite, making the entire dish flavorful from start to finish. When I am looking for something a little lighter, I order the stir fried mixed vegetables with the seafood option. I love that it includes shrimp, squid, mussels, and chicken, making it a protein packed meal while still feeling fresh and vegetable forward. Everything is cooked tender, yet the vegetables maintain just enough crunch to keep the texture interesting. It is one of those dishes that leaves you feeling satisfied without feeling overly heavy. I have also tried the Thai chili wings several times. When they are at their best, they are absolutely delicious. They come out juicy, well sauced, and full of flavor. My only criticism is that they can be a little inconsistent. Some visits they are perfectly cooked and seasoned, while other times they are a bit less flavorful. Even so, when they get them right, they are some of my favorite wings in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making it a great place for both dine in meals and takeout. Service has always been friendly, and food comes out hot and fresh. Overall, Amazing Thai Cuisine has earned its place as one of my regular spots. What an excellent meal and dining experience. We were on the search for Thai food today for our trip to the area to visit a client. Amazing Thai came through for us with very fresh, spicy and delightful Thai offerings in a beautifully decorated setting. Estella was an excellent server. We ordered chicken satay skewers, Pad Woonsen with chicken, and beef larb salad. All items were delectable and flavored perfectly. Amazing Thai Cuisine is somewhat amazing. I was in Broken Arrow so decided to drop in for a quick bite since I love Thai food. Got the pad Thai which is a popular entree of the restaurant. I got mine with shrimp instead of chicken. The best feature is the pad noodle which is soft but still has a chewy texture to it which I just love. The sauce is a little sweet but it does have a hint of sourness to it, a little different from other places. The shrimps are good and you only get a few which is not too surprising. I do not like the green onions. Instead of diced, they are cut in big chunks which would be okay in a soup but not pad thai. Service is a little slow. When I came in there was really just one server managing the whole place. The other server was on break. She did a good job but I was seated for 5 minutes before she came to get my drink order. They have a drive through for pick up yet people still go inside to pick up to go orders. I am not sure how many people actually use the drive through. Everything was perfect, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it isn't like Lana Thai on Memorial, which has a warm, quiet, atmosphere that you could take a date to. This is at the end of a long line of shops with a Reasor's on the other end, very informal, lots of take out and drive through activity, basic booths, no table cloths, etc - not a ding against it by any means, it's just there are places that are warm and welcoming with nice woodwork, deep booths, great atmosphere - this isn't that. But the food! Wow, amazing, truly it is 'Amazing Thai'. We had spring rolls, which are not fried, the veggies in the veggie order were crisp, fresh, I'm sure made at the time of order- ditto the chicken spring rolls. The peanut sauce served in the little plastic cup was perfect. For the main course I had Cashew Chicken, which is served in a bowl with lots of broth. It has a 1 chili symbol on the menu for spiciness, and I'd say that is accurate. Boy it was good...and the white jasmine rice that came with it was perfect, though we had 1 order of fried rice to share - we could have gotten chicken, beef, or shrimp in the friend rice, but just went meat-less - great rice. My wife had a shrimp noodle dish but I don't recall the name - she said it was amazing, that this is a place to remember for sure for a quick bite or informal 'I'm in the mood for Thai' decision. I really liked the authentic feel of this restaurant. Everything from the decor to the food was what I hoped for. Our green curry and Tom Yum were very flavorful. We got medium heat and that was just right for us. It enhanced the flavor without overpowering it. We had enough left for another lunch tomorrow. I'm disappointed they didn't have a lunch menu. I'd much rather get smaller portions for a smaller price than take half of it home. Some Asian restaurants add an egg roll or soup to lunches. First, the food is very good. Fresh and tasty. We went in on a Saturday night around 6. It was busy but we sat down easily and there were plenty of empty seats. There was one server and she seemed overloaded. So I knew it was going to take a little longer but that was fine as I had 1-1/2 hours before I needed to leave. Sadly, there was a mishap in the kitchen and our order was deleted. Deleted? Really? Interesting. The server was embarrassed and apologized. I've been a server before and know that awful feeling when something goes wrong and you have to try and save the situation. Reorders our meals and they were rushed. We left 1:45 after arrival. Obviously, a bad night for the kitchen. We were late to our show which was disappointing. I did get a discount (probably should've been free, but a discount was appreciated). They do have a drive through window for pickup and that's so great for parents. We dined inside. The waitress was overworked or very tired. She had a very hard time keeping track with what each table needed. When I gave her my card to pay, after leaving I checked my account to make sure she didn't use it for any personal use because she was that suspicious. This is a good Thai restaurant in Broken Arrow. I often go there with my wife to have dinner and have taken visitors from out of town there for lunch several times. The ambiance is casual with neat Thai decorative paintings and decor. The service is often good although during busy evenings it may seem like they are sometimes under staffed. The Thai tea there is good and they also offer boba teas and smoothies. The food is great for the price. Their Pad Thai is pretty good and one of our favorite appetizer is the papaya shrimp salad. It is fresh and crunchy, perfect for summer. The Tom Yum Soup is also one of my favorite there, you get a very generous portion so you could easily share if you get the bowl size.
