I placed an order and didn't realize it was at a saved location where I don't live any longer. I tried calling the store multiple times, and they kept putting me on hold and never answered the phone. I checked the status of the order, and it was made when it could have been canceled before anything was made if someone had answered the phone. I will be refuting the payment with my credit card because of the store's very poor customer service. read more

manager was rude and kept saying it was not his fault and it was my fault because of door dash.i ordered on line through their website, but claimed he had no way of contacting me to let me know he didn't have a delivery driver. Placed order waited 48 minutes as tracking stated. Went in and my order had not gone in the oven. I asked if I could get a refund..dude with curly hair was very rude! I proceeded to tell the rude little man I do not live in town I've already sat in the parking lot for over 30 minutes snd I wasn't waiting another 30 minutes! Don't bother getting stuff delivered from here, unless you want to pay for more than you actually get. Me and my buddy are staying in a hotel working a job, and we ordered a pizza, wings, a 2 liter drinks, and 4 sauces, we got the pizza and the wings but no sauce or drink, so we called them and let them know, which to that they said they would send a guy on his way back to bring it, after waiting nearly 30 minutes we called again, to which we were argued with by employees saying we got the stuff we paid for, when we did not. They said we could come yo the store to get everything but why the hell pay for delivery when they won't bring the food you even paid for ?? Eventually we got just the sauces brought to the front desk, not even our room. Still no drink to wash down the greasy ass pizza. read more

These guys are always spot on. Pizzas are always, hot, perfect and delicious. We build our order online and then go pick it up. About a 15 minute drive. We've never had to wait. Staff is always nice. read more

I ordered our regular weekly pizza delivery & was given a 64-74 min window. I thought that was pretty long to wait, but oh well. After an hour and 40 minutes, my husband got frustrated & walked to the door looking out to see if someone was driving up & found the pizza laying on the porch! No one rang our doorbell! I went onto the website & it had been out there for almost 40 minutes! I called the store & after holding for 9 minutes, Kaylee picks up the phone. I tell her what has happened & that I'm very upset about having cold pizza...she asks if I'd like to speak to the manager on duty. Kaylee then comes back to the phone (apparently the mgr refused to speak to me) & tells me it was probably DoorDash who delivered my pizza because they only have one delivery guy. She asked for my address & confirmed it was indeed DoorDash who delivered it. I told her that meant nothing to me, the responsibility rests on Papa John's to make sure that the food is delivered on time & hot so they are at fault. She argued with me & said it was not their fault. I told her if she did not take responsibility & make it right I would no longer be a customer. She said "good!" Seriously! I guess she makes all the decisions for that particular store? But okay...since the manager couldn't be bothered to speak with me, I will no longer be a Papa John's customer. read more

Waited over an hour to get a cold pizza that I was charged a premium for. The store Manager Nina has very poor customer service skills and was not at the least bit accommodating in addressing the matter. Don't waste your time with this business . This location sucks. They're slow and don't seem to have very friendly employees. The worst part was the pizza had hardly any toppings at all. Like seriously not even 1 pepperoni per slice on a large. I don't think half of the pizza even had any of the toppings I ordered at all. Definitely will stick to Jonah's in Charlotte. There's no shortage of toppings there and they are quick and friendly. read more
