She' had many gluten-free pizzas, and admittedly it is difficult to make a good gluten-free pizza crust and it is great that they at least offer this option. She wouldn't get this one again though. She was happy with the toppings, just not the crust. We had a good experience overall, and other than the gluten-free crust the pizza was good. I only worked there for a few months, but I know several people who stayed for years and still work there today. Like many mom-and-pop restaurants, there are definitely areas where OSHA standards and food-handling practices could be improved. The employees work hard and get the job done, but I genuinely believe stronger management and better employee support would help this place thrive for another 30 years.
