We started ordering here about a year ago and they are always top notch. The food is fresh and the delivery is always on time. They have made a few mistakes with service in the past but have went above and beyond to make it right. It's a little pricey compared to others but the quality is better than others as well. read more

Called to order delivery as we have many times before, unfortunately we were told by the assistant manager that they do not deliver at our house. We just received an order from there delivered to our house less than 2 weeks ago. As we tried to ask questions he rudely just hung up on us. We called back and got a driver on the phone this time who happily took our order and delivered our pizza. When the sweet lady arrived she apologized and let us know the rules had changed and that we are 5.2 miles away and they are not allowed to deliver passed 5 miles out anymore. If the supremely rude assistant manager would have told us that instead of just hanging up on us we would have completely understood. Totally disappointed anyone with hiring authority would put that guy in charge. Everything else was amazing. read more

Cool I'm finding this Toledo Ohio founded franchise now in 34 states Puerto Rico and India are very well run and the quality they put out is excellent over some of the other big chain big box pizza brands. names withheld to protect privacy. So I got one of my favorites a medium sausage to be about 45 minutes or so said cool going to pay cash and of course this is Tennessee they're kind of weird there's a minimum order no matter what which is like 15 bucks so instead of a small I decided to be a pig and got a medium. The gal came out with my pizza nice timely man or apologize for the delay I said this is nothing here 5 minutes more no big deal sell $1563 20 bucks with her tip no problem. The past few times that we have been at Marco's Pizza in Dickson Tennessee, it has taken longer than the estimated time. This evening our pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:01 and it is 7:32 PM and it is still not ready. This was an order place ld on the app. They appear to be working with minimal employees. Still waiting...it is 7:42pm. Will be our last time. Been a frequent customer. Your service is getting worse and worse. read more

Cheap! Order two ham and cheese subs and got 2 pieces of ham on each sub. I could've gone to jersey mikes for that price, and the quality would've been hands down better that Marcos. We had heard good things about this place. So naturally we had to try it. Walked in in what seemed to be a busy night. They have some seating in the front of store. We just happened to walk in when a booth came available. We ordered a cheese pizza and a supreme pizza. Both were delicious. Definitely worth the try. read more

Great pizza, bad service. We've ordered multiple times since covid and unfortunately the order has been wrong three times. Twice we have ordered food and paid and not received everything. When we have realized once we got home, there has been no offer to refund our card. We don't want to get back in the car and drive back to town to get the reminder while our food gets cold. read more

Better than your average fast-food pizza. As far as local goes, it easily beats out Domino's, Pizza Hut and Papa John's. Good menu choices, decent prices, and friendly enough staff. Delivery times seem consistently fine to fairly speedy. Would recommend. read more

My family and I stopped at Marco's this Monday for lunch. It turns out that the first Monday of the month is military appreciation day, or something like that. I was able to treat my family to a large deluxe pizza and drinks for 50% of what it would have cost without my military ID. The cashier was friendly and thanked me for my service when she brought out our pizza. So, we had a positive experience and will come back again. Thank you Marco's! read more

My husband and I have ordered from here several times for carry out and delivery. The food is good. It is also reasonably priced. We usually order pizza, cheese bread and wings. All items we order are great! What prompted my review was tonight we ordered delivery and when we got the pizza it was the hottest delivery pizza I have ever received. Happened to drive by on opening day (3/20). I had planned to run in and grab a take out menu, but after looking at the menu while still there, and talking to one of the employees that was there from another store to help train the new staff, I decided to get a pizza to go. The employee recommended the old style pepperoni so I tried that with sausage (my fav pizza topping). Took less than 15 minutes to make the order. Tried to make it home without tasting the pizza but it smaller so good I tried a slice. It was awesome. I'll def be back. read more

I am writing about Marco's Pizza in Dickson TN (store#8453). We ordered online since I did not got an answer calling them directly on the phone. My order was #496 on Sunday 26 April 2020. After placing the order and paying for it (with a tip) we received an estimate that our pizza would be ready in approximately 20' (11.50). I conducted a few errands before I arrived at the store around 11.55. As I entered the store another customer was storming out the door without a pizza and left. Initially I thought that was odd but didn't think much about it. Another customer was in front of me and was being helped by one of the workers. The resolution of his order took approximately 10' and then he got out of line and sat in one of the booths waiting for his food. In the meantime the manager was on the phone on what appeared to be a personal phone call. A third worker was making pizzas and boxing the ones coming out of the oven. Once the previous customer had been helped, I was expecting to be assisted as well. Instead the worker disappeared in the back and never returned and the pizza cook kept on doing what he was doing. Through all this the manager stared at a computer with her head in her hands shaking her head. I stood there for at least another 10' without anyone asking me if I had been helped or saying at least that someone would be with me ASAP. Finally the manager looked up from her computer and asked me "Can I help you?" and I gave her my order number. She asked the worker making the pizzas for my order and then personally looked at the boxes sitting on the rack waiting to be picked up (only 2 orders). She realized my order was not there and reminded the worker to start on order #496 (mine). She then walked over to me and told me it would be just a few minutes longer. I told her to give me a refund. Worst customer service I have seen in a while. My first time trying Marco's pizza and will definitely be my last. Not a smart practice with all the competition in the pizza business. I hope the owner of the store is aware of what is going on at his franchise in Dickson. read more
