We've seen the ups and down of this store over the pandemic years. They even closed for a short while. Tonight we decided to try them again knowing new management and team members are on board. We ordered a simple, large, carry out and timing was about 15 min. When we went to pick up the order, the store was clean and we were greeted by a very friendly woman who was eager to help. Unfortunately, there was an issue that was out of her control, but she rectified the situation immediately and made it right. On top of that, the final product could have been a show peace. This place is a s h i t hole!!! If you want to wait 3 hours for a cold pizza order from Dashes. I was told it would arrive in 20-45 minutes. To say the least ir arrived 3.5 hours later with the pizza soggy and cold. Don't order from here. They have stoner delivery drivers that don't care and the pizza is poo. Literally. Okay, how hard is it to read? Light Cheese! We order light cheese every time and only the first two orders when the store first opened did we get light cheese. At least six of our orders have not come with the light cheese we ordered. One time, we complained in store when we were picking up our pizzas and noticed they were NOT light cheese. They offered to remake our pizzas, then after 10 minutes, gave us our original pizzas back as if we wouldn't notice! So, why do we keep coming back if they regularly screw up our order? I'm not usually a person who is picky about ordering. I don't enjoy being a difficult person when it comes to take-out. Recently I have started a Keto way of life and have steered clear of ordering any kind of take out while I find my niche. That being said, I want to tell you about my experience. I called, 10 minutes before close. I KNOW! I'm horrible! Donna answered the phone. I apologized in advanced and told her. "I'm on a Keto diet and can't have dough." She was quick with solutions! I ended up ordering a mushroom and olive pizza with pepperoni to replace the dough, and 16 bone in wings plain. She was so friendly! She put me at ease after a VERY long day at work, Helped me find a way to work around my diet and my favorite part was that I could hear the smile on her face. I'm not entirely sure they deserve a whole star. Our order was botched. I specifically asked and confirmed the details of the order twice on the phone. All of this was disregarded in it entirety. I ordered pizza an hour and a half in advance and they called me right when I needed them telling me there was a glitch in the system even though they charged my card. I ordered online then contacted them to find out how long it would be before the pizza was ready. The gentlemen told me it would be close to an hour before it was ready. We weren't starving so thought we would wait, but that is an extensive amount of time for 2 pizza's, 1 order of wings, and breadsticks. The only tasty part of this order were the breadsticks. Unfortunately, the pizza seemed to be missing sauce on 1 of them, and the cheese just fell off, so it was more of a skin flap. The pizza itself did not taste great, not sure if it was the sauce or the cheese, but it had a funny taste. The wings as well did not taste like your regular buffalo wings. Well, 3 strikes you're out! Trust me, they aren't the place to visit. When they first opened we ordered pizza for delivery, over 2 1/2 hours later (we found something else to eat) they showed up at our door with a lukewarm pizza. Ok, new place, second chance. Next we tried ordering online for pick-up and when I got there they told me they hadn't even started the pizza and wouldn't until I showed up and paid for it. Then I had to wait for over 45 minutes! Well, after a school event, we decided one last try and stopped to order a pizza (because they wouldn't accept calls from my cell phone). OK, we found their website which advertised a large 2 topping pizza for $7.99. Again, when we ordered they told us that was a corporate offer and not theirs. We even showed them (and the owner/manager) THEIR website...nope, they charged us $9.52 for the pizza. The pizza was not warm by the time we waited and took it home. Anyone thinking about visiting this Papa John's beware. They just want $$$$ and don't believe in customer service or repeat business. One star is too many. read more
