The woman working the phones last night lost her temper and started yelling after we wanted to cancel our order. She yelled at my husband and hung up on him trying to cancel an order that we had been waiting over an hour for.. she screamed and hung up on me too when I called back to address it. The ironic part is that the delivery driver called us after and he was polite, respectful, and actually explained the situation honestly. Had this happened initially from the woman over the phone, we would have completely understood. If you're getting aggressive and rude over pizza, maybe customer service isn't for you: The individual talking orders last night is doing a massive disservice to a place we've spent hundreds at just in the last month. I ordered two pizzas online. One of the pizzas was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered a hand tossed pizza with ranch dressing, chicken, mushrooms and sausage. If i could have i would have give them negative stars. The crust was raw on the calzone. We had extra ingredients that were not on the order. One calzone had onions and plenty of them, but it wasn't on the order. It was missing ingredients. Wings were raw and couldn't eat them. I will not order from this place again. If I could give a zero I would. Not only is it horrible service the staff are not properly trained in costumer service the food is always burnt or not cooked. The last couple of times I have ordered one pizza was completely burnt and the other one was not fully cooked. When speaking to the manager/owner you could tell it did not matter to her. I have ordered delivery a few times and they seem to almost always forget the drink. Not so happy about their customer service especially because the pizza and drinks are not cheap, I paid for the drink the best they can do is credit that back to me but that's not even an option because they say they will, and it never gets done. I walked In at 11:00am today to order food for lunch. I was the only customer in the store. Before even walking inside it looks like it was a closed establishment, like the black jack restaurant is ready to pack up and move. Decided to try Blackjack after a 30 year boycott. And then I remember why I don't like blackjack. We walked in to get 2 large pizzas. After 45 minutes of sitting in their frigid lobby, I asked my husband what was taking so long for 2 pizzas. Apparently our pizzas had been ready for a while and were sitting there under a heat lamp for at least 20 minutes. Then on topof that, they got our order wrong. They're always within 90 minute or less, even during busy times. This location does not care about the health of the customers. Went inside to pay and pick up my Pizza. Most of the employees were not wearing masks including the one helping me. He said they were not having customers sign due to safety reasons. I commented that he and several of the employees were not even wearing masks but they care about people not signing for credit cards...? I understand there are several young people working there but other businesses have young adults working and wear masks. There are many people who don't have jobs who would be happy to work here and would wear masks.
