We ordered and were told that we will have a 10-15 minute wait. We waited. The layout of this place is kinda cool. It has TV's on some tables and it it a pretty large facility. Eventually, I had to go inside to find out what was going on, only to discover that my food had been sitting there the entire time. By then, my meal was cold, defeating the purpose of ordering curbside in the first place. This experience was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of attention to customer service. If curbside service is offered, customers should be able to rely on it being fulfilled properly. Waiting over 20 minutes with no communication and then having to retrieve my own cold food is simply unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers don't have to experience the same level of poor service.
