Order the New York style pizza from here it had to much sauce and it lacked spices. The pizza looked like it was dying it looked bland. We also ordered the cheese sticks they tasted like bread sticks from being over cooked. This location feels like you playing the jack pot it's hit or miss for this location. Don't want to point fingers but there's a girl working there who's usually at the cashier working but every time she's back there making pizzas it comes out horrible. I think she's a manager or something because she's always there but she has no business being back there making pizzas I regret ordering online from now on I will try to order when she's not there and see if that will fix the issue but yeah the pizza have been terrible lately you need to start training or retraining some of the staff here before you lose customers the pizza use to be real good now it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. read more

I usually don't get chain pizza but my family gets pizza here and says it's good, and the pepperoni magnifico looks good in the commercials so I gave it a try. Got a small which was 6 slices. Placed an online order for a large pizza. Get there to get it and the employees are standing around talking. I waited 10min for them to ring up my order. Get home and my large pizza is a medium and it is ice cold and gritty. Now I only live 3 min from there so why does it taste like it's 2 days old? I will not go back. read more

OMG, how can you screw up an online order for a pizza. I placed an order for a Medium Chicken Fresco, with extra cheese, extra onions and extra sauce. Got the order delivered to my hotel room, as I was visiting town for the day. Pizza showed up in about 30 minutes and was fairly hot for the time it took, as they are only about 1/2 mile from the hotel. Got settled in and opened the box and this is what they sent for my order. I received a Pizza with extra cheese, extra onions, no sauce (sauce was in two little cups, upside in the box). What was missing was the CHICKEN from my Chicken Fresco, also missing was the bacon, tomatoes and everything else that makes up this pizza. Called the manager and told her what was wrong, she did send me a new pizza as I did not want to wait another 45 minutes, she instead gave me a store credit. I told her that a store credit was not helpful as I did not live in the area and was only passing by. Manager really did not care that the pizza was wrong, was sorry, but it was not heartfelt at all. Basically, got the freeling of yeah, we screwed up to bad, so sad. Tried to eat it as is, but without sauce and everything else missing. It went right in the trash and took the $20.89 cost as a lost and now I have to find something else for dinner. read more

This is the most authentic New York style pizza we have had since leaving NY. It is the crust and sauce that makes it so good... not a 10, but a solid 9. Most pizza in this town is purely South Carolina style... not an Italian bone involved in the making of, or recipe for the pie... pretend pizza, paper thin with ketchup like sauce. You can fold the Marco slice!!! That's test #1. I ordered pepperoni and mushroom... test #2. If they can't do that right, nothing else matters. The store is fairly new, so clean. The counter guy was polite and friendly. The price is on target for this great pizza. Anxious to try their other offerings. (I was a walk in. Ordered. Told it would be 18 minutes. My family and I went to Marco's one evening as part of a "Spirit Night" for our daughter's school. We spent about $30 and noticed that at the bottom of the receipt was an offer for a free cheesy bread if you went online and took a survey. We did the survey and wrote the code on the receipt. A couple of weeks later I went over for lunch to use my "free" coupon, as I work nearby. The counter guy informed me that he couldn't "just give me a free cheesy bread" and that this was "to be redeemed on the next purchase." I told him this was the next purchase, since I had this receipt to prove that we had already spent $30. Basically, he said that I would have to buy something else and THEN get a coupon for a free cheesy bread on the purchase after that. He said he would go ahead and ring it in by hand, but he "really wasn't supposed to." That made me feel like he really didn't want to help me; so much for customer service. I also felt that the way the offer was phrased was misleading. I just told him to forget it and I left. I haven't been back since and will not return. Little Caesar's actually has better cheesy bread anyway, and theirs is cheaper! read more

The pizza is fresh and good but the service is garbage. The guy that took our order was impatient and rude. I started to just cancel our order then but my friend was hungry. The order got here in about 40 minutes which is not terrible but the order was all wrong and the girl making the delivery acted like it was too much trouble to fix the mistake. You can have the best food in town but if your service sucks people won't come back... And neither will we. read more
