Worst management staff, particularly the manager named Molly, who doesn't have a back bone and is scared of unruly customers who run other customers out of the bar/food area. Then have the only customer that stands up to the trio of unruly patrons told that they need to leave and has their kitchen staff (wreaked/saturated from smoking weed on the job) attempt to escort them out. As a retired veteran and teacher, I offered words of encouragement and suggestions to the MOD and bartender. Apparently they took it as negative criticism. Well, if the shoe fits, reality and truism is a hard bone to swallow! Pretty pathetic having been told from said manager on duty that the trio of unruly patrons have cussed them along with the bartenders/waitresses and other customers out when attempting to ask them to quiet down. It's sad when the mod says...."what if they yell back at me...." No confidence or ability to set/lead by example and it's backed by the bartenders and waitress that state that they have tried to speak to the trio and nothing happens. I WILL NOT return to this establishment. This proves why I QUIT dining at Chilies after 2012 and never went back until tonight. I WILL NEVER go back to a Chilies again. read more

It's been a while since we ate at chili's restaurant in Greenwood. I give 1 star because the waitress was so~so. The food was subpar. the chicken sandwich was over fried and the chicken is so thin - as my husband chewed, and said "it's like shoe leather". (but it had a decent flavor. ha!) the bun was buttered to camouflage the bread being almost stale. My wings were over seasoned and over sauced I could barely stand to touch or eat. And what's with No Celery or Carrots with Wings? Oh lord, I needed something to offset the over powering sauces! This $45 dollar meal with only 1 coke was not worth it! What has happened to Chili's? if you are going to charge these high prices because you claim higher food costs, learn that you do NOT cheat the customer once you they come and agree to pay - we expected QUALITY and thin over cooked chicken and short changing my wings by leaving off the celery and carrots is not how you get us to come back! And furthermore no finger wipes provided as complimentary either! We won't be back. read more

Waitress was non-attentive, slow and food was barely warm when we finally got it. Had to order a margarita 4 times from 3 different people before finally getting it. Bill wasn't split correctly either. Manager looked very busy so I left a receipt with my written complaint on it with the hostess. Asked her to give it to manager but watched her from the parking lot hand it to our waitress...lol. Whatever! We like Chili's so we will be back but she won't be our waitress. I honestly hate to say this, because I've been going to this Chili's for years now and the food is always good when we go. However, the to-go option has not worked out as well for me. Every time my food is wrong on a to-go order, I just give them the benefit of the doubt but at this point it has happened too many times to be a fluke. My food is wrong almost consistently, sauces are forgotten even when I say it multiple times when I order, and more than once my husband has noticed a mess-up while he is picking it up and has to have it changed. Maybe it's just that their to-go game isn't as good as in house, but I hope it can get up to par with it. Like I said, when I go instead of get food to-go, it's always amazing. And I'm going to keep going because I love this Chili's. read more

The service was great...the waitresses are the main attraction, followed closely by the TVs. Thankfully they pay for the good channels so I was able to watch the show I wanted. The food there is b tier but the service puts the restaurant to first class. Not only did they go above and beyond to service me. They even took my number for the waitlist. This is one of our favorite places to eat. On Saturday, Jan. 6, we stopped for dinner, and were pleased with our server, and the food. However. I requested a martini. The server brought me a drink in a high ball glass that looked like 2 fingers of whiskey. She told us the bartender said she had no idea how to make a martini. I sent the mystery drink back and got a margarita, which is not my favorite drink. I am feeling very disappointed in what is supposed to be a full service bar. All the bartender had to do was google a martini-it is not a complicated drink. We will eat here again, but if the bar is not full service, they need to let people know. read more

They were busy, but we only had a short wait. Our food was great and our server, Chloe, was very attentive. We shared the Skillet Queso with chips and salsa. I had the Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas, which was excellent. My husband had the Southern Smokehouse burger, which didn't have many of the onion straws, but overall very good. My family of 5 went to Chili's at this location at about 8 pm last night. We checked in and they told us we would have about a 30 minute wait which was perfectly fine because we didn't mind waiting and expected this on a Saturday night. Well, about 40 minutes came and went and we were getting quite agitated but the girl up front secured us a smaller booth. I was kind of ill and was starving and didn't think that anything could turn our experience around. That was until our waiter, Nathan I believe his name was, waited on us and turned our whole evening around. He was incredible and the food was excellent! We had the fried pickles and the cheese bites which we highly recommend. The steak was delicious and my kids really enjoyed the ribs. Thanks to Nathan, we had an unexpected turnaround. And kudos to him, he is taking a class to become an EMT like me while he's making peoples day at Chili's. Thanks again Nathan! You rocked sir! read more

Every time we go to Chili's we get the endless chips and salsa. With two teenage boys, it is hard to satisfy their hunger, but Chili's always does. Also, the two for twenty deal is HOT! Great food at an affordable price. read more
