By then, my meal was cold, defeating the purpose of ordering curbside in the first place. This experience was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of attention to customer service. If curbside service is offered, customers should be able to rely on it being fulfilled properly. Waiting over 20 minutes with no communication and then having to retrieve my own cold food is simply unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers don't have to experience the same level of poor service.
