When placing the order, I was told 35-40 minutes for delivery. We confirmed the 6 pizzas over the phone. Over an hour later I call back to hear it's out for delivery. The order is repeated to me, and 3/6 pizzas are WRONG. I was told this would be corrected before delivery. A few minutes later, pizzas are delivered, but the order was NOT corrected. AND the pizzas are just warm, not hot, as if they'd been sitting out for awhile. No apology for late delivery. Empty promise to correct the order and no apology. And hardly fresh pizzas to top it off. I expected more from Papa John's. The only reason I'm giving them a star is because we're all so hungry at work and stuck at the plant that we're glad to have food at all (and because one star is minimum). *Correction: they did end up coming back to fix 2/6 pizzas that were wrong. Worst Papa John's ever. We ordered delivery and it took forever to show up. When it finally did the pizza looked like somebody dropped something on it. There was a giant dent in it. My husband took it back to the store and the lady had an attitude because he asked her to make a new one. Next day we both wake up sick with food poisoning!! Do not eat!! read more

Everytime I come to this location, the employees are outside, on the side of the building, smoking weed. You'd think this would make the food fantastic...nope. Their pizzas are wonderful but their staff wreaks havoc and poor customer service. I've called and had ordered from their location long enough for me to write this review candidly. Each time I've called, their customer service had gone down tremendously with each passing second. I feel like it's all high school people running this joint (taking orders, making orders and delivering them). I think they take more time delivering the pizza than making them according to my personal experiences and other Yelper's reviews. Other than the time issue, they have constantly forgotten my extra orders (garlic sauce, toppings & etc). I've been paying them some extra dollars for the pizza & etc. plus tax and tips that it's ridiculous! Please step up your game Papa John's and employ some real workers that can take orders and fulfill them correctly. read more

As always...great pizza for delivery food but not pleased with the customer service. When I called in the guy was quite rude. I also asked for packets of parmesan cheese to come with my order...didn't get any. The delivery woman had a terrible attitude as well. I was very impressed. Ordered 3 pizzas at halftime and got them before the 2nd half even started. They were right on time and the pizza was great as always. What really blew my mind was how happy and upbeat the person who took my order was. I could hear they were very busy but I never felt rushed or like I was just an order. i will try to make this as short as possible. i ordered online at exactly 10pm. @1035 i called store the manager answered saying his driver left out already with all orders. 1105 i called back the same manager said his driver couldnt find my apartment and thr driver tried yo call but i didnt answer. well i agrue the fact that they didnt called however the manager basicly called me a lie without exactly saying that. he never checked for my number or anything. i then did an online unsatisfactory survay then proceeded to call the customer hotline. it was when i called in to complain that i was inform that i type my phone number in incorrectly so when the pizza man tried to call he had wrong number. i accepted the mistake on my part and decided to not place the complaint with customer service representative! Even though i have ordered here a numerous of times...... IF YOUR THINKING THIS IS THE END NO ITS NOT PLEASE CONTINUE BECAUSE IM APPALLED WITH WHAT HAPPEN NEXT! I purchased a pizza it was delivered incorrectly which was a problem that could have been solved easily and professionally. However the Mgr Cameron was very rude, refused to make it right and hung up on me. So I had to go to the store and wait for the pizza to be made and watch as they goofed off. So being as they required me bring the entire Pizza back and I was not returning home one of my children did not get to eat pizza. I have always ordered pizza from Papa Johns and yes in the years there have been mistakes that were corrected quickly and professionally but I would strongly recommend they improve their management by getting rid of Cameron because he is very rude and unprofessional. read more

Ordered 1 pizza and 1 order of garlic bread sticks online. Estimated delivery time was 6:19pm-6:25pm. At 6:20pm the tracker app showed it to be out for delivery. I live 1.5 miles away from the location. At 6:30pm I called and was told it should be delivered in just a minute. At 6:50pm I called again and spoke with John (stated he was asst manager). He confirmed my order left out for delivery at 6:20pm. He stated that I could return the order myself and they would make a fresh order. (Note: I wanted it delivered and paid the delivery fee and he is saying I have to bring it back myself to get the fresh order.) It is now 7:20pm and still no order. 7:32pm pizza arrived and looked like it was left over pizza from the night before with the toppings stuck to the top of the box also. I called and spoke with John again and he said he couldn't talk to me and he would get Alex (she stated she was asst manager also) and she called me jerk and to call someone else who cares.
