The noodles lacked texture and there was no appearance of ripples on the edge. It seemed to have a lack of seasoning although the bread had a definite red pepper flavor not the expected garlic butter. I think I'll skip the lasagna if there is a next time. The Cajun Noodles were with a healthy serving of Chicken and a few (three) shrimp (Medium) and 8 little scallops (Bay Scallops) and andouille sausage and chicken strips.
