Called the store and received 0 empathy or help other than being suggested to wait 4-5 more minutes, it's been 15 at this point, so I'm livid, or to come in and pick up in person. First time at Papa John's, walked in to order for take out, wait time 30 minutes at 6pm on a Monday. We were given a wait time of 15 minutes though. Staff were friendly, wearing masks indoors. Very busy for walk in orders, I suggest ordering online. Parmesan crusted papadia: grilled buffalo chicken Personally, not a fan of buffalo chicken, but my partner enjoyed it. Dripping with sauce when eating, so watch the drips. Chicken cooked thoroughly. Did not notice the parmesan as it was overpowered with buffalo sauce. Small Tuscan six cheese pizza Very cheesy pizza that came with garlic butter dipping sauce. I enjoyed the flavor, crust was crunchy, would recommend a different dip to finish off those crusts at the end. Overall, decent food but not an absolute must try. read more

I previously gave this pizza place 4 stars for quality and taste but sadly that has changed. It has gone way down hill in the past 6 months so i am assuming that they are under new management or have a new cook. Starting with service: trying to order for pickup is an exercise in frustration because the person answering the phone can barely speak English and i had to repeat my order three times before she passed me over to someone else who could understand English better but then i had to repeat my order again. Quality has gone downhill as well. The Hawaiian has almost no ham or pineapple and the Works is nowhere near what it was six months ago. Their website is all kinds of screwed up, I tried to put in my address and it spits out a completely different postal code, and if i tried to fix it and use the correct one, it would error out. The pizza itself is great, I have no complaints. I'm curious to try their sides and other stuff on the menu. They delivered everything pretty fast as well, it arrived before the window of time that was given after ordering. Will definitely try this place again. read more

Been ordering from the new Westminster 6th ave location for yrs now. I won't anymore. There's zero options for special requests when you order on line. I called in my special request right away to have them tell me its already been made. I don't the guy to cancel the order I would not be paying for a pizza not made to my liking. He was rude and forceful on the phone.. then another guy calls my phone 7 times to argue with me. They have zero customer service skills. Ive even had my pizza with half the toppings slid off delivered to my door. Im sick of ordering from a place with a bunch of people who as no idea what customer service means. If I could give them 0 stars I would, I just spent the past hour going back and fourth from my apartment to purchase this pizza, the drivers machine wasn't working and the only thing he did was say that it's my banks fault, even though we tried a visa AND a debit. It didn't even let me put my pin in. Then he calls the manager or whoever that dick on the phone was and says that the driver's Visa card works and mine doesn't, so I go back upstairs and then they call me saying they sent another driver so I go down for literally the third time and the same driver from before is there. Seriously my favourite place when I just want to order a pizza and chill out. I find pizza preferences are very subjective, but I love Papa John's- plenty of cheese and toppings. As well, the delivery guys at this location are always the nicest! Seriously, they are always so kind and are very apologetic if they are late, which is almost never. I only took off a star because sometimes they give me the incorrect sauce. This is not really an issue for me personally, but I want to be completely transparent- I would only take off half a star for this if I could. The best pizza I've ever had. The delivery guys are always friendly and polite and arrive most of the time very quickly with piping hot pizza. The downside is that it's quite pricey, but with fresh tasting dough and excellent ingredients, the few extra dollars is worth it to buy from Papa John's. read more

I've been ordering from Papa Johns since I moved to New West a couple years ago, and they rapidly became my favourite pizza delivery place. They always have great deals going on, but even if they didn't, they won my heart by using real strips of bacon as ingredients. This isn't one of those places where they use pre-made bacon bits, or even fresh-made bits. This is the real deal. Real inch-sized strips of bacon on your pizza. Deeeeeelish. I'm also a sucker for a place with an online loyalty program. I don't have to call to place my order - I can order online without talking to anyone. AND you'll give me free things just for ordering? Heck yes. My only complaint is that one time I received someone else's breadsticks instead of the ones that I had ordered, and another time the garlic dip that I received was expired so I couldn't use it with my pizza. Considering how long I've been ordering though, that's more than acceptable. Oh, and ALWAYS say yes to the cookie pizza. Why would you even think of saying no to that? read more

Delivery is a bit of a tough go (not sure how it takes nearly an hour to travel three blocks, and how the driver got lost on the way?). Cold, very cold pizza. Pick-up service is great. Speedy cooking, and the crew very polite (one young gentleman that works there even opened the door for me, without having to ask). I would recommend, though, if getting delivery, be sure the driver has a gps! read more
