Stopped by there before heading to my hotel as I live four hours from here. Pizza was fine, hot, but the young woman at the service counter was a delight, and by that I'm being extremely condescending. The guy in from of me came back in from his vehicle to question something about his order, she let it be known by her face and responses that he was wrong and she didn't care. Then I stepped up to order; haven't been in a Papa John's in many years, asked if they had a menu. No. So I asked about sauces, she rattled them off, I was trying to decide asked for some clarification, she rattled them off again while rolling her eyes. Placed my order and went back to my car to wait. When I got the pizza, she never thanked me or anything. She needs to be retrained or find a job where she doesn't have to face the public she beleves is so beneath her. read more

We ordered from this Papa John's while we were staying at the Days Inn down the street and the pizza was literally there within 10-15 minutes piping hot and fresh! We had a large cheese pizza, the bacon cheese breadsticks/flatbread, and an order of buffalo wings and it was all good. The delivery guy was quite friendly so that was also a plus :) read more

I thought the pizza was okay. Nothing special and more expensive than other chain take outs in town. The boys gagged when they tried it. Might have been all that garlic on the crust. So, I had to cook after buying food (no delivery out here). They still refuse to consider Papa John's to this day - here or anywhere. I might go three stars, but with two gaggy, hungry boys and an extra dinner to cook with them finding this inedible (and they'll even eat cheap frozen pizzas), I'd say the two stars is on the generous side. read more

Rude and nasty! "Ashley" was the order taker and has absolutely no sense of customer service or professionalism. I understand you work at a pizza shop, but it's your choice. Do your best. I ordered a pizza over the phone on 2-2-2019 from this company and location. My order # 0012---When ordering I plainly disclosed 3 or more times I wanted a supreme pizza with no meat on it. Then Told them I wanted the pizza delivered to my job and to my dept. I gave the physical address told them where to go and whom to ask for. I waited over an hour for the pizza to arrive. But first I had gotten a call from the delivery driver stating he could not find me! What do you mean you cannot find me? He was at the business next door to me. So then I had to go over everything with him to get him to my location. He disclosed that he was not told anything. When he arrived I had to go find him.... then I even tipped him before looking at the Pizza. I took the pizza to my office open it and its not what I ordered it was nothing but meat! EXACTLY WHAT I DID NOT WANT. Called the store explained the situation to the manager. He told me the only way this could be corrected. Was if I drove up there and got the one I ordered!!! I said excuse me? He said yes I only have one delivery driver and it will take us over 3 & 1/2 hrs to get you the pizza you ordered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was flabbergasted....I will never in my life order PaPa Johns pizza again. as this was the most ridiculous thing and I felt robbed and was still starving. How does that even happen???????? I pay $21.87 and tip the driver - when I shouldnt have and then was not even told we are sorry or we can fix it or nothing ! Well after tonight I doubt my family and I will be returning to this location. I had received at text from my mom to pick up pizza on the way home. Sure no problem right? Wrong! I called and placed an order over the phone and was even quoted a price for the two pizzas I ordered. I wasn't but 5 mins away when I placed the order so I knew it would still take a few minutes at most to finish my order. So when I arrived I tried asking the cashier what the status was on my order. I figured about 15 more minutes seeing as how they told me about 20-25 when I called. The cashier could not find my order in the system at all. After all was said and done I ended up having to order in person as a walk in. So I waited again for another 30 minutes. I was so furious. I finally received my pizza after what seemed like a complete act of congress. The workers as a whole at this location have absolutely no customer service skills at all. read more

i only gave this place one star because i don't have the option of giving it zero stars.bunch of idiots working here.they delivered to my house a few years ago and i called to make sure they still did-guy said they did so i placed my order.2 pizzas for $11 each plus delivery fees and taxes came out to $25.68.1/2 hour later a driver calls me to get directions because he can't find my address on their map.so i tell him and he says "oh we don't deliver there" i tell him you did before and he puts the manager on the phone.she's a snotty thing and says they won't deliver but if i want my order i can pick it up and she will give me half off.so i think "ok that sounds fair-$11 plus tax for 2 pizzas."hubby and i hop in the car and head down there and he runs in to get the pizzas.he tells me it was $19.xx.that's not right so i send him back in to tell them that it should only be alittle more than $12-that's about half of the 25.68 my original total was.so he comes back out and says they can't do anything about it-that's the total.now i didn't expect to have to get out of the car-it was 8pm and i was in my jammies and flip flops-but i got pissed and got out-jammies and all.i walk in there and tell them my order was supposed to be half off and $19.xx is NOT half of $25.68.now keep in mind that if i had called in a carryout order my total would have been $22 plus tax only.so $19.xx for 2 pizzas is not a good enough discount for waiting a 1/2 hour then getting a call to tell my they won't deliver and i have to pick it up.the manager tells me she can't discount a special-the computer won't let her and she has to take half off the full price.i told her that she didn't tell me that on the phone and when she said half off it should have been off the total i was told in the first place-$25.68.she tells me that she understands but the computer won't let her do that.it took alot of restraint but i manage not to call her a moron or idiot or something worse.it's not that hard to figure out that if you can't ring up a special half off and the person has 2 pizzas that cost $11 each then the smart thing would be to ring up one pizza not 2.then the customer has her discount like it should be.i tell her to do that and she says she can't.cowpoop she can't!so i tell her i don't want the pizza and give me my money back.which she did and she did let me keep the pizzas(because all they are gonna do is toss them anyways and let's try to make the customer happy by giving her pizzas that have sat around for an hour instead of throwing them away-right?)after getting home and taking a look at them we tossed them.looked like crap and even tho they were cooked about an hour before you could tell that made no difference.i knew there was a reason the last time i ordered from there was about 3 years ago.i'll just keep a stash of frozen pizzas in my freezer for next time. read more

OMG...the driver sideswipes my husbands truck gets out delivers our order and leaves. 2 minutes later I had a knock on the door, it was my neighbor asking if the driver informed me of hitting my truck. I called and spoke with the manager who proceeded to make excuses for the driver saying he's autistic. I filed a police report for documentation but did not press charges due to his handicap. But the more I think about it this guy is well into his thirty's and drives for a living, so I do not except that as a viable excuse if he can drive for a living or period he should have to obey all laws just like anyone else. Papa Johns also doesn't want to be responsible for this incident although there employee admitted to both the manager and police. Not impressed! As far as the food goes it was nothing impressive either and as you can tell I'm using great restraint in this comment!
