Any given hour there are eight or so different pizzas up on the line, but they're never sitting long enough to get cold. During the day they are nearly constantly making fresh pies of all varieties. Something you want and don't see it out there? Just ask! They will be happy to make a specific type of pizza for you and have it out in a flash. They cut the slices on the small side so you can try out more options, or maybe just feel better about how many you've had! This place isn't fancy, isn't modern, it's just really yummy!
