Great food, perfect for dinner on a budget. Service as fast and the space was comfortable and clean. I've been going there for a while when I'm coming back from Greensboro or Charlotte. Horrible. Every aspect of the business is horrible. Where to start...no hostess...we were unsure if we need to seat ourselves or what the deal was, extremely slow service, inattentive server, grill was broken, they ran out of fries at 2pm, table was wobbly, chicken wings were deathly cold and had feathers on them, fried pickles were overcooked and tasted like I turned a salt shaker upside down directly into my mouth, bathroom was out of soap and one of the stall doors was laying on the floor-a nice touch. One of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in the last 30 years. 3 of 4 orders were wrong, sides were swapped on meals, calzone was extremely overcooked. Order of wings had a hair in it. The first meal was brought to the table 15 minutes before the last meal. Both cheesesteak meals barely contained any meat and what meat there was appeared to be sliced deli meat not steak. Only saw the waitress once after taking our order no refills on drinks etc. The final complaint of the night was when I asked to see the bill I was told not until I paid then they would print the itemized bill. April 11, 2026 After waiting to find a place to park, my friend and I ordered take out. I ordered 5 wings and mac and cheese my friend got 25 wings costing over $50.00.. After waiting nearly 45 minutes, we got the food. The mac and cheese was not great, not much cheese taste. The wings were horrible. The skin was like trying to chew rubber, then came the stomach problems. Stomach, head, diarrhea and vomiting for both of us all night, all the next day. Hope it ends soon. First time visiting and was hesitant because of previous reviews. Ordering takeout over the phone was easy and quick. When we arrived we were greeted and everyone was nice and personable. I asked what were their most popular dishes and both ladies were extremely helpful in helping me make a choice did my next visit. The new renovations look really nice. I'm from Chicago so I'm a bit of a foodie so I thought the wings were just ok. Maybe we will try a flavor next time but we just got medium Buffalo sauce. I liked the crispness of the outside but they didn't seem to have much flavor to me. The Cobb salad was good and the blackened chicken salad was great!!!! The chicken was very seasoned, flavorful and it was a large portion. The homemade house dressing was really good as well! The garlic bread with cheese was ok but had hardly any garlic flavor. This place had terrible service from the beginning! Has to wait way too long for everything and there was only a few other couples. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. And at the end my sister found a roach in her food (wings) the waitress left to her manager and neither one returned we had to go to the front to tell them about the problem. Insincere apology from Manager after waiting for 20 minutes. She said, "we don't have a roach problem" and this doesn't happen here. Don't ever come here. Terrible service at the roach Restaurant! Literally got argued down about how it doesn't exist but somehow on the menu you have Buffalo chicken wrap and Buffalo chicken tenders but when it comes to the wings it doesn't exist. Wanted a philly steak and cheese so my husband and I remembered this place from when we were in high school (over 10 years ago) we were glad they were still open & still had the same owners. We ordered the deluxe sub, pepperoni & cheese pizza, & honey mustard wings. The Everything was great from the service to the food. Only thing different from back in the 2000's was that we remembered the deluxe having more flavor. I just added mayo but i could see it not needing mayo if they just added salt and pepper during the cooking process. The pizza had a perfect crisp for the dough, just the way i like, they didn't over power the pizza with soggy toppings like most places... the tomato sauce tasted fresh, & we had a great lunch and will be back! A side salad was $3.25 with two cucumber slices, a couple of grape tomatoes, a carrot stick and a whole bunch of iceberg lettuce. Not worth the price. The wings were great. The pizza was even better! They're not stingy with the toppings at all! Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. We were told a manager would come speak to us but after waiting for 15 minutes, we went to the front and they said no one was coming to speak us but their solution was to comp the plate with the roach. They said they don't have a roach problem. Ridiculous. Will never return. I've tried this place on a few occasions, just to give it a fair shot. There isn't a big selection of restaurants in Salisbury as it is. Their pasta sauce tastes like it's straight from a jar or can. Not much flavor. That goes for the marinara as well as the Alfredo. I suggest not ordering the "loaded" potato skins. For the price, I got 4 skins with barely any toppings, and part of the skins was so hard it was inedible unless you wanted to break your teeth. I ordered the "House Special" pizza....and it's very good!! So if you enjoy pizza, I would suggest just sticking to that if you dine with them. Greek style restaurant with the usual fare. Greek, Italian, and American options available. Salisbury is a small town and this is a popular spot for folks outside of fast food. After being seated our server was all over the place and through the duration of our meal seemed to zip by and be always on to the next table. She also smelled of alcohol as if she had been drinking. I ordered the pizza and wings combo with lemon pepper wings. The wings were over cooked and over seasoned for my taste but the pizza was good. After dinner it seemingly took forever to get the check. While waiting an older Black man came into the restaurant to order and an older woman (the owner) was literally yelling at him about placing his order and how she didn't wasn't to assist him. We were so upset by this that we asked our waiter to go take his order and we paid for it. We were sure to indicate to the owner our displeasure at her reaction and when she offered to "take something off the bill" we declined. Not really interested in coming back here. read more

I will be going back Sunday for the post-church buffet and may update to 5 stars then, but I fully expect to love it as much then as I did the first night! Waitress was so friendly and helpful, food was hot and tasty and FAST! Salad was HUGE and the homemade dressing was superlative! This is not a fancy place, but it is an ideal place for good food and southern comfort items done fabulously! Because it is all made fresh to order asking for something to be left out (raw onion) or changed (to grilled onion) is not an issue! The menu is expansive, there were so many choices we wished we had a larger group so we could have sampled more items. My 6' 10" son who is a professional eating machine had enough food that he pronounced himself full! My husband and I took home leftovers that were just as good the second day! Salisbury is not really a great stop for food, it is typically a pass-through for us, but now it will be a destination for Christo's!! read more

We ordered 3 Italian subs with fries (usually comes with a pickle spear). On all three sandwiches, one side was full of lettuce, tomato, sauce, and a tiny sliver of meat. The other side was packed full of the rest of the meat with some lettuce shreds and a huge tomato. Everything was so unevenly distributed. They tasted okay, so we started eating them until my husband pulled a long caramel colored hair out of his mouth. Mine came with a pickle while the others didn't. We are very disappointed and prefer the Lexington location. read more

I live in Charlotte and have to go to Salisbury a couple of times a month. I've always ordered from the restaurant on my trip because they do have really good food. However, on my last trip, I ordered two menu items and a soda. Sorry to say that none of it was good. The chicken wings were over cooked and the hamburger was fried as hard as a rock. Even the sprite soda that I got to go was not mixed correctly; it was all seltzer and no soda. It almost felt like they were punishing me for some reason. At almost $30 for the three items, I can't afford for the food to not be at least tolerable. Needless to say, I probably won't go back again. Besides, I think I've figured out the ingredients in their wing sauce. So I'll just skip the stop from now on and just make them at home. read more

Well I've been to this location in the past and the food has definitely changed. My last experience was the last one for me. My bill was over $40 and the food was awful! Pizza was rubbery and extra salty and the chicken wings were half cooked. I had to finish cooking them at home. Always go with your first instinct and mine should have been to keep driving. I heard that Christo's had decent pizza & a nice menu. We walked in and I noticed the place was very unkept, filthy carpet and several dirty tables. It was just 5pm and there was only one other couple dining in. We were told to seat ourselves, it was a challenge to find a table that wasn't wiped down and decent enough to eat at, we should have walked out at that moment but we figured we'd give it a chance. After 10 minutes or more we still haven't been visited by a server and during this time 3-4 persons walked in, placed their order to go and two of them departed.
