Brand Positioning- Firehouse Subs is known for its premium meats and cheeses, on toasted private-recipe sub rolls. They are also known for a custom mural inside each location. Finally, their subs are heftier than most competitors. You should expect the ambience, customer service and the food to all be significantly above average. Arriving- They are seconds off US Route 27 Northbound and a snap to find with a small parking lot. Ambiance- Who the hell cares in most sub shops but not here! All the décor is firehouse related and is very impressive! The mural is the actual Sebring Fire Station and beyond impressive! The place was spotless! Wi-Fi- Free with no password needed. I've never had a mistake with my order, so the folks are competent. The employees are not usually super friendly, but they are polite and efficient and I'm good with that!
