Wonderful atmosphere, excellent food, and staff who went above and beyond--highly recommend.!

We were a party of 7 plus a toddler. We came in wet from the pouring rain. The server was great -- answered all our questions and various requests. We'd gotten our drinks and were enjoying our salads and hot bread sticks when the power went out in the restaurant. In fact, it went out in the entire shopping center. As we sat in the darkened room with only the emergency lighting and some weak daylight coming through the window, we were told by the manager that they and the electric company were checking on the problem. They kept us informed minute by minute. They could give us drinks, soup or salad, but since the stoves were electric they weren't able to give us our entrees. After a bit, we were told that it was estimated that it would be awhile until the power came back. They would not be charging us for what we had eaten so far. We tipped and headed to our cars. Just as we got in our cars (still raining outside) and were getting ready to pull away, the power (lights) came back on in the restaurant. We decided to go back in. Which we did -- and finished our meal. We had a bit of everything -- several different types of pastas and toppings -- from Alfredo to marinara, a trio with lasagna and chicken Parmesan, and my chicken Marsala with pasta Alfredo. The pastas were the best. Considering the size of our group, prices were pretty reasonable. We had a lot of leftovers for them to take home, too. And above all, the staff was great -- considering the unusual circumstances. For that alone and the way it was handled, they deserve the four stars. Plus we all enjoyed our meals.

Wow! This is something special for me! This is a 10th anniversary review of an FTR (First to Review!) I wrote the first review for this location 10 years ago this month. I don't think too many Yelpers have done this! This was once one of my elderly mother's favorite places, so I've been many times, but it's been a few years now. I've been to other locations as well. I've found the secret to having a decent experience is to consider you are NOT dining in an Italian restaurant but an American joint with an Italian theme. This manages my expectations. Customer Service- Five stars! I was seated immediately for lunch and saw my excellent server within a minute and had a glass of wine three minutes later. Full Bar- Speaking of wine, I ordered a glass of the house Chianti. Look at my pic and that pour and tell me that's worth $8.50 for a house wine in a chain restaurant! Outrageous! I paid more for one glass of wine then I did for my lunch! Food- The ubiquitous salad and warm breadsticks were out quickly. The bread was completely acceptable when it's warm. The salad was over dressed but nice and fresh and acceptable. I ordered Cheese Ravioli with meat sauce @ $7.99 which of course included the bread and salad. It was hot and a nice portion for lunch and completely acceptable for a chain. This was a solid three-star and economical lunch except for that ridiculously priced glass of wine! Lesson learned!

I loved my experience here!! Came here with my sister for lunch and oh my was it such a wonderful experience. Came on a lovely Saturday afternoon and were seated quickly, our server Julian was such an amazing person. So fun and lively I love it! Me and my sister ordered some alcoholic drinks which we surely enjoyed but the ones we enjoyed the most were the mango strawberry frozen Margarita! From someone who loves mixed drinks and especially margs these were made so well I will be coming back for more. We got the spinach dip for appetizers which is always good, and i ordered 6 oz sirloin steak which was 10/10. Sister ordered some stuff shells with shrimp which she loved! Food was 10/10 and our server Julian was 10/10 and made our experience better. Hope the best for him and his journey on joining the army ! Go him! Loved my experience here.

Had chicken parm and it was overcooked and dry. Asked the server for a little more sauce which helped but still really dry.

Generic food trying to pass as traditional specialties. With serious travel through Sicily and Italy, menu is not real.

Hurricane Irma dealt them a heavy blow and their legions of loyal customers were seriously worried, but they bounced back and are as awesome as ever! Arriving- Easy peasy to find with no tricks or challenges. The parking is adequate, and I've never had a problem. Ambience- It's a deli folks! Huge blackboards show you the extensive menu. I gave you a pic of just one of several panels. Tables, a covered patio, and a counter that seats about 40 folks all together. Note that the counter has a couple of power outlets for a quick phone charge. Nice! Pro Tip- They have their own Wi-Fi, but I didn't bother asking for the password as I connected to the nearby Xfinity Hot Spot. Customer Service- You order and pay at the counter. The drinks are serve-yourself. If you are eating in, someone will drop off your food at your table but there really isn't table service. All the folks that have touched me over several visits have been just fine. Food- I'm addicted to the Rachel! It's like a pastrami Reuben but with Cole slaw instead of sauerkraut. I guess sauerkraut was a little too strong for Rachel! I added fries and a small fountain drink, and the pre-tip tab was about $16. I've had this exact lunch several times and it always blows me away. Savory pastrami and crisp, fresh Cole slaw on toasted rye makes an excellent sandwich. The piping hot fries were well cooked. I was stuffed and smiling as usual. An easy 4-stars!

From the…read moremoment I walked in, I was treated like I didn't belong the woman who took my order was rude and dismissive, and the way she spoke to me compared to other customers was completely different. My family has been in South Florida for generations, so to be treated like I'm some outsider was insulting. As for the food? Absolutely terrible. The chicken was dry, salty, and clearly frozen definitely not fresh. For the prices they charge, you'd expect way better quality. Meanwhile, the family seated next to us was treated like royalty: their food was brought out to them, they were asked if they needed anything else, while we were shouted at across the deli like farm animals. And to top it all off there was mold in the ice machine. That alone is enough reason to never go back. This place was a total disappointment, and I'll never eat here again.
