Ordered from their web site for pickup at 4PM. Ordering was very simple and it was easy to navigate their web site. Arrived just before 4, parked in the reserved slots for to-go orders, called the number and told them I was there. The Person on the phone was pleasant and genuine, asked my name and then said the order would Be right out. It came they placed it in my back Seat, tanked me and I was for home. The soup was hot and tasty, the salad crispy and delicious. Added cheese and Italian dressing was just right. We were more than pleased with the entire experience. Will do this more often! read more

We were a party of 7 plus a toddler. We came in wet from the pouring rain. The server was great -- answered all our questions and various requests. We'd gotten our drinks and were enjoying our salads and hot bread sticks when the power went out in the restaurant. In fact, it went out in the entire shopping center. As we sat in the darkened room with only the emergency lighting and some weak daylight coming through the window, we were told by the manager that they and the electric company were checking on the problem. They kept us informed minute by minute. They could give us drinks, soup or salad, but since the stoves were electric they weren't able to give us our entrees. After a bit, we were told that it was estimated that it would be awhile until the power came back. They would not be charging us for what we had eaten so far. We tipped and headed to our cars. Just as we got in our cars (still raining outside) and were getting ready to pull away, the power (lights) came back on in the restaurant. We decided to go back in. Which we did -- and finished our meal. We had a bit of everything -- several different types of pastas and toppings -- from Alfredo to marinara, a trio with lasagna and chicken Parmesan, and my chicken Marsala with pasta Alfredo. The pastas were the best. Considering the size of our group, prices were pretty reasonable. We had a lot of leftovers for them to take home, too. And above all, the staff was great -- considering the unusual circumstances. For that alone and the way it was handled, they deserve the four stars. Plus we all enjoyed our meals. read more

Wow! This is something special for me! This is a 10th anniversary review of an FTR (First to Review!) I wrote the first review for this location 10 years ago this month. I don't think too many Yelpers have done this! This was once one of my elderly mother's favorite places, so I've been many times, but it's been a few years now. I've been to other locations as well. I've found the secret to having a decent experience is to consider you are NOT dining in an Italian restaurant but an American joint with an Italian theme. This manages my expectations. Customer Service- Five stars! I was seated immediately for lunch and saw my excellent server within a minute and had a glass of wine three minutes later. Full Bar- Speaking of wine, I ordered a glass of the house Chianti. Look at my pic and that pour and tell me that's worth $8.50 for a house wine in a chain restaurant! Outrageous! I paid more for one glass of wine then I did for my lunch! Food- The ubiquitous salad and warm breadsticks were out quickly. The bread was completely acceptable when it's warm. The salad was over dressed but nice and fresh and acceptable. I ordered Cheese Ravioli with meat sauce @ $7.99 which of course included the bread and salad. It was hot and a nice portion for lunch and completely acceptable for a chain. This was a solid three-star and economical lunch except for that ridiculously priced glass of wine! I loved my experience here!! Came here with my sister for lunch and oh my was it such a wonderful experience. Came on a lovely Saturday afternoon and were seated quickly, our server Julian was such an amazing person. So fun and lively I love it! Me and my sister ordered some alcoholic drinks which we surely enjoyed but the ones we enjoyed the most were the mango strawberry frozen Margarita! From someone who loves mixed drinks and especially margs these were made so well I will be coming back for more. We got the spinach dip for appetizers which is always good, and i ordered 6 oz sirloin steak which was 10/10. Sister ordered some stuff shells with shrimp which she loved! OMG the service once we were seated,  was the worst ever!!! Sat there for 10 minutes before even getting our drinks. When we finally did get our drinks my husband and niece got a server because Dwayne M brought me some God awful sweet tea instead of unsweet like I ordered.  He didn't even apologize for bringing me the wrong tea. My niece and I both ordered meals and got the endless salad, but we both wanted them prepared differently, so they brought us 1 salad with everything in bowls on the side. I myself prefer my dressing pre-mixed in my salad but because my niece wanted ranch I didn't get it that way. Not once was our server even remotely nice to us. He treated a lady behind us just as bad as us. I myself think our skin color wasn't black  to suit him. Yes that is how he made us feel. I have never been made to feel that way at any other Olive Gardens I have visited. My family and I were having our annual Christmas Eve dinner and while waiting outside, Sue must have passed us 10 times in 25 minutes. She was responsible for the "to go" orders for the night. While we watched her busting it, she was seen asking customers their names and ensuring​ that she was making sure all customers were being served. She had a smile on her sweaty face and embodies what customer service should be. Give this girl a raise. To do your job is one thing, but to go above and beyond, while keeping a smile on your face, while lugging 20+ pounds of food over and over gain and again ​speaks volumes to her character. We usually order a take out for the weekends on Fridays or Saturdays. Other times we eat in or with other friends/couples. The take out staff are always busy and as punctual as possible. Our compliments to the chefs and the kitchen staff. Working behind the scenes getting the food out is a major feat, especially during peak hours. read more

Been here before, and like any other restaurant it can be hit, or miss. Last night it was a little of both. Service started out good, then slowly went down hill. Food was very good, except for the plastic wrapper in my mushroom cream sauce. (The manager took that meal off of our bill.) We ate in the bar area and the bartender was our server, where she was good in the beginning but then was overwhelmed with drink orders so understandably kinda forgot about us. We were treated very well by the manager who was helping out behind the bar. Some things are understandable, but forgetting our breadsticks is unacceptable. LOL. Had a great evening here the other day. The host was very friendly and took our names down and in about 10 minutes he sat us, dining room was not crowded which is nice now a days. Our waitress was super nice and took our orders promptly. The chicken gnocchi soup was great, my husband's ravioli with meat sauce was perfect as were my shells, breadsticks were refilled without asking as well as soup. We had a good experience at this location. This one is in the midst of downtown Sebring and had a ton of seating. I was surprised at the overall size of this location. It was really busy though, so it's obviously popular with locals in this area. The hostess greeted us and seated us right away. They brought a sling for the baby carrier but she fit in the booth so we just did that. Our server really made this experience for us. I feel terrible that I just cannot remember his name but he was a younger guy, early twenties with brown short hair and a New England accent. He was incredibly sweet and very welcoming. I did the create your own with spaghetti and meat sauce. I had the salad instead of soup but the gnocchi soup is delicious!! Overall: A- Solid experience at this location. Great service!! I know that the OG isn't haute cuisine, but I expected better than this and left after dinner, disappointed. While the service was good, the salad and breadsticks were fine, but it was the main course that let me down. The Chicken Marsala was two medium sized chicken breasts that absolutely required a knife to cut them into bite sized pieces. They were tough and they had no flavor. While they clearly had spent time with the Marsala sauce (there wasn't much) from the kitchen to my table and that's all. There was no imparted flavor into the chicken. For the second time, this Olive Garden in Sebring shorted our To Go order. Eat in has always been acceptable for a national chain restaurant. We have had birthday celebrations and taken several out of town guests to this OG. If you are getting ToGo from OG please double check your To Go order before handing over your credit card or paying in cash. We even gave the girl that picked up & brought out our incomplete order an extra tip. I realize these are challenging times but there is no excuse to continue making errors with ToGo orders. Last night my family was up in the Sebring area to do a little bit of Christmas shopping. There's plenty of places to choose from but my son's favorite is always Olive Garden. The food is decently priced the service usually isn't great but overall it's usually a pleasant experience. Last night I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had not only a corporate restaurant but at any restaurant. The food was as it usually is; consistent , the wine is always good to be expected but our server Dynasty was absolutely amazing! She had a smile on her face at all times, no request we had was met with any thing less than prompt kind service. We will definitely be requesting her any and every time we find ourselves at the Sebring Olive Garden. Job well done dynasty, thank you very much for everything! read more

Ordered to go meals for our family of five. Left over a 20% tip for the servers and drove home only to find we were missing the Alfredo sauce boat for the breadsticks. Now I understand this is a small item but for a sauce it is pricy and it takes the meal to a different level. Details like this are what set a place apart from others. My husband and I took our neighbor out for lunch today. She ordered Lasagna. When her lunch arrived the serving of Lasagna was so small that I thought they had bought her a sample! I would say there was about 2 tablespoons of lasagna on her plate. I have never seen such a small serving! I don't know if they were almost out and gave her the last of it or if they just scraped the lasagna off of the spatula they used to cut the lasagna and put it in her plate. So dissatisfied with place. We were looking forward to having some buttery garlic bread sticks with there amazing salad but no. There bread sticks were not even close to the olive garden I am used to. I asked our waiter if they changed the bread and he acknowledge they did and about every three years they change vendors. I bet it has to do with price and not quality. I have been in the food service industry for many years and this is the quickest way to lose your customers like us. I will have a hard time thinking I will return to this low quality food. Our lasagna we order is a equal to a stouffers frozen lasagna. You can only complain so many times before you say enough. We dined at Olive Garden in Sebring last night for my husband's 86th birthday. We did not expect it but they gave us our dessert free because it was his birthday. This was the best O. Garden experience we have ever had. (Also, despite the decline in covid cases in our county, the servers wore masks.Much appreciated for us 86-ers). The service was excellent as were all the dishes we ordered; the shrimp scampi could not have been better, and the minestrone soup was like homemade. We also appreciate how clean they keep the place. We plan to go there often. It is, in our opinion, by far the best "chain" restaurant in our area. read more
