The staff had appropriately placed a container of ice on the order counter and were filling requests for ice from there. I trust that management would address this equipment failure immediately. I am not a fan of the Coca-Cola FreeStyle dispensers!!!! They are a bottle neck of well delivered service, frequently not well cleaned and maintained. Please have a "failsafe" ice machine available in the dining room! And, have a stand by soft drink dispenser as well. Do NOT put the dispensers in a corner that blocks access and impedes traffic flow.
