The food was great. The service was great also. I would recommend this place for wings. It's one of the best wing places around. The food is made to order and reasonably priced.

BBQ and Chicago Mild with Fries

Why 4 stars? Because the wings were great, but this is as no-frills as it gets. --- --- --- I discovered OMG Wings on the Hot & New Restaurant section of Yelp somewhat recently and intended to make my way over to check it out for a while now. It's not the most convenient location for me, so I ended up taking my son with me after picking him up from school, which was somewhat on the way. It turns out, this is a pretty, let's say, no-frills spot. It shares a parking lot with a gas station with asphalt that could use a little attention. The inside is a much larger space than you'd expect when you count only four, four-top tables. Most of the space is just... well, nothing. There are plexiglass semi-walls up at the counter, which is pretty bizarre, considering this business opened about two years after we all found out that plexiglass was one of the leaders of Covid Theater. But to the important stuff: the food. The wings were excellent. A couple of them were a tad on the small side, but that's really my only complaint. They were crispy on the outside and full of flavor. I ordered 5 BBQ and 5 Chicago Mild, which were virtually identical to BBQ, but I was not too mad about that, because I loved both, despite being 98% similar. The fries were also nicely seasoned and enjoyable. OMG Wings is certainly the definition of no frills. The drinks are strictly in can form (no fountain machine), and condiments like ketchup come in those annoying, individual packets. Hopefully the restaurant has plans to upgrade on those fronts on the future, but the good news is that they are doing the most important thing right: the wings!

We have been coming to this place ever since it opened was driving to go to wing stop but.... Saw the sign "open "! I made a quick swerve to the parking lot it is In a gas station lot don't let it fool you the wings are better than other chain restaurants in the area .ranch is perfect they make It themselves black owned family restaurant very nice and courteous staff I come eat here like 2-3xs a week ambiance is good 2 big screen tvs about 5-6 tables for eating there but most people do take out so call ahead and order usually takes about 20mins for an order but it's worth the wait everything is well cooked flavorful hot and fresh I keep a picture of the menu on my phone lol Happy eating y'all!

A hidden gem right here in Conroe. We stopped in after seeing some great reviews on a FB page. Don't like the outside fool you this place is amazing. They have solid prices, offer flats only (for additional price), have multiple flavors and the best part.... their sauces are HOMEMADE! I got the Buffalo Ranch and it was perfect! To me most buffalo sauces are too salty but this was a home run! Those fries are thick and crunchy with a little seasoning on them. I can't wait to come back and try other sauces!

5 Stars!! Great for Takeout-Goooood Wings!! Okay so I know it's attached to a gas station but please give this wing shop a chance! I saw good reviews of OMG Wings on Facebook and had to try it myself. When I pulled up I didn't realize it was attached to a gas station and I'm not going to lie I almost drove off. I'm so glad I didn't.. Me and my guy ordered the OMG Fries and a 20 piece-half sweet heat and half buffalo. The total was around $41. Some may think it's pricey for wings but I'm okay with supporting local businesses and the quality was worth it. Now, the OMG Fries are to die for. This is perfect for one person because they will fill you up-perfect amount of chicken on there-it was delicious!! If you order them, you don't need to order wings unless you're sharing those fries. The wings-they didn't skimp out-you got perfectly good sized wings and the wing sauce was delicious. I don't so much recommend dining in-it isn't a wing restaurant like Buffalo Wild Wings-although they have a couple tables I think maybe this place is designed for take out. I also recommend you call in an order because of the wait although the wait was worth it.

O.M.G!! This place has great wings! We had the 10 piece split, 2 flavors: Mango Habanero & Hot. We also had the fried okra and cheese fries. First the wings: they were cooked to perfection and fully covered in flavorful sauce. No skimping. Both serving had the perfect amount of "kick" and the mango habanero was just enough sweet to compliment the spice. The okra was hot & crispy. The fries were hot and had plenty of cheese drizzled over them. Each serving was enough for 2 ppl to share. The place is family owned and next to a gas station Don't let that deter you! There is limited (4-5 tables) seating, sue to the size of the location. The service was friendly and it takes a few mins to get your order, because they are actually cooking it fresh when ordered. I will definitely be coming back to try a few other menu items.

It normally comes with their house sauce, but I added the house‑made ranch since people on Google were raving about it. If you choose any heat level, it defaults to Nashville style breading; Coop's Classic is reserved for kids meals or no‑heat tenders. They asked if I wanted to swap the fries for something else. I asked what counted as an even exchange, and the only option was coleslaw--which the Double Clucker already comes with--so that made no sense whatsoever. I stuck with the fries. Oddly, the meal doesn't include a drink, so I added an Oreo milkshake since that also had good reviews. The staff was very friendly, and the milkshake came out first and fast. They served it to my table in the empty dining room. Flavor was fine, but it didn't come with the cherry shown in the photos and included in the menu description. Worse yet, it was extremely watery--super runny, not cold, and definitely not "Frosty" as advertised. See my videos. Big disappointment. When the food arrived, the tender itself was great--moist and flavorful. The mild heat level barely registered for me, but the ranch dip was better than the house sauce dip. The coleslaw didn't do it for me. It lacked flavor, and the cabbage pieces were cut way too large. Lastly, the fries. Oh boy. Not refrigerator cold, but definitely cool. Not warm, not hot--just... cool. And ack. Overall, I can only recommend the tenders. They do sell them à la carte for $4 and change, and those are the only thing worth getting that I tried. The sides and the milkshake were just a huge letdown.

That should've been my first sign when I walked in. It was hotter inside than it was outside. I picked up the menu looked at it for a hot second and then thought well. I'll just order something. So naturally, I said pad Thai, standard Asian meal. Not at this place they didn't have it and she looked at me strange. So I proceeded to look at the menu and found some random dish that looked decent and ordered. Then I ordered drinks and she told us after we had paid the soda had no carbonation in the machine so we could get the drinks out of the fridge. So we went and got the drinks out of the fridge, sat down open them up they both were flat. I suspect if I had checked the dates they were both expired, but I didn't bother. So we sat down and literally one minute later, the food came out... Which tells me that all the food was likely premade, and this was just a buffet that was hidden in the back. I ate, and it was well.... Let's just say the Woodlands Mall Asian foods a bit better than this stuff. Anyhow, I did encourage the team who works here to turn the AC down a little bit, make sure the fridge doesn't have expired drinks/flat drinks, make the food like they serve it to their family. I'll report back shortly and let you know if there are any biological effects of this food... All that for $45 - two dishes, two flat drinks, two rice.

We had a group of 10 on a Thursday evening and were the only customers on the patio for most of our visit. I want to make it clear that our waitress was excellent. She was attentive, hardworking, and did her best despite being repeatedly let down by the kitchen and management. Several orders were prepared incorrectly. A steak ordered "as rare as possible" arrived medium-well. It was remade, but still was not cooked as requested. My catfish platter was strangely lukewarm, while another guest described her catfish as rubbery. An order of fish and chips arrived without the chips. A pizza ordered with bacon, pepperoni, and onions came with grilled onions that were not requested, and the bacon smelled and tasted off. Another guest ordered loaded potatoes as her entire meal. Without warning, she was charged $8 for what was described as a double portion, even though she never requested a double order. What arrived appeared to be approximately one cup of roasted potatoes and did not look like a double serving or a complete meal. When we asked to speak with a manager, Andi told us that she had to answer to the kitchen manager and could not address the charge. She then said she was busy and walked away without offering a solution. When I attempted to explain the problems from this visit and the previous week, I was told that the owner, Teek, is usually at the newest location except on Tuesdays, is difficult for the staff to reach, and that I would need to find him myself rather than having management take my contact information and request that he call me. Restaurants make mistakes, but repeated incorrect orders, questionable food quality, missing items, unexplained charges, and dismissive management are not a single mistake. They are a pattern. Our waitress deserved much better support, and our group deserved food prepared as ordered and concerns handled professionally. After two bad experiences in a row, Pacific Yard House has permanently lost our business.
