Is there even another take-out pizza place around? Maybe, but this is the place to go for fresh ingredients and a helpful staff. Good job!

For our family, this was such a nice hidden gim in the town of Hot Springs! You walk in and…read moreimmediately you feel like you're teleported elsewhere... it feels like a artsy and offbeat hangout. The inside is uniquely decorated with features such as accordian lights and the original inudstrial ceiling of the building. There was a bit of a wait as the table was prepared. We were then quickly seated. To start off, we got the pepperoni chips. They're exactly what you'd imagine. Crispy pepperoni slices that are served with a side of marinara sauce. Now, don't get me wrong... they were definitely good. However, would I get them again? No. They were more salty than I would have liked. We mainly were looking for a non-carb starter. Looking back, we probably would have gotten the caprese plates. In terms of pies, we got a large half-n-half. For the first half, we got Hot Honey. Great mix of savory with the shredded pepperoni and then the sweet & spicy offered through the hot honey. Then for the other half, we got the Fungal Jungal. There were crimini, oyster, and portabella mushroooms... plenty of flavory as well as a good amount of roasted garlic. This was probably our favorite out of the two. Though both were still good overall! Aside from the food, everything was reasonably priced and service was top-notch! Definitely recommend!

I ordered a gf vegan pizza from the menu. The regular base price was I think around $22. When the bill came, I was FLOORED. I expected up charges, but it memory serves, it was $37 for my small little gf pizza. I was so disappointed. In no world would I pay (including tip) $45 for a tiny pizza. I enjoyed it, but wouldn't probably eat there again. Plenty of other more reasonable options for a gf plant based eater.

The hype is worth it! And if you get Vernon as your server even better!…read more We stopped by on Saturday night, but too hungry to survive the 2hr wait. The hostess was very helpful (I missed getting her name), but she advised reserving a dough for Sunday. If you don't know about Deluca's Pizza they only make so much fresh dough each day and when it's gone - it's gone. Additionally, if you know your pizzas this is Brooklyn Style. The dough is stretched thin and hand-tossed, creating air pockets contributing to its light and airy texture. This crust is cooked in coal or wood-fired ovens at high temperatures, resulting in a perfectly charred exterior and a chewy, flavorful bite. Knowing this is important when looking at the reviews. Back to our experience. We came back for lunch on Sunday and as she said it would be - there was a sizable line behind they opened and we all got seated. She also said that Sunday is a good time to come and I agree - not so crazy busy! With Vernon's agreement, we had half with The Renzi (red sauce) and the other Jamesy (white sauce) and added Prosciutto on the other half. I also had a Peach Bellini. My husband prefers red sauce and I prefer white so getting both in the same pizza is awesome. We liked both styles. What can I say about the staff? They hustle and are very friendly, but like I mentioned we enjoyed Vernon's attention and information of the menu and the area. On his recommendation we also drive out to Lake Ouachita which was a good drive. We also enjoyed our leftovers.

I think I may have just ordered the wrong thing, and it may just be my taste, but the crust definitely was char heavy. Otherwise it was good. The kind of pizza I ordered was the "Sidetown". It was just kind of bland and needed something. Maybe more sauce? The other thing of note were the headshots of random women on the wall. I asked one of the staff and she told us the owner tells them he's just friends with a lot of beautiful women and has the photos on the wall to prove it. To each their own.

First off, the pizza was absolutely incredible. They call it Chicago-style, but honestly... I lived in Chicago for 14 years, and I can't think of many places there that beat this pizza. We ordered the KO Pizza and it was outrageously good. Perfect crust, loaded with flavor, and the kind of pizza that makes you stop talking for a minute because everyone at the table is too busy eating. The place was packed wall-to-wall, so service took a little while, but it was worth every second of the wait. Honestly, when a restaurant is this busy on a Sunday night before Memorial Day, that usually tells you everything you need to know. Also worth mentioning: I ordered a "small" side salad... which arrived in what appeared to be a family-sized serving bowl. My mom and I ended up splitting it because apparently Rocky's definition of "small" is "feed a softball team." Prices were shockingly reasonable, especially for the quality and portions. This place is a true Hot Springs institution right across from Oaklawn, and if you've never been, you absolutely need to go. It completely lives up to the nostalgia and hype. And a special shoutout to Jamie the bartender -- infectious smile, bobbing her head to the music while pouring drinks, and bringing such a fun, welcoming energy to the whole place. People like that are part of what makes restaurants memorable. Can't wait to come back.

Emo Night!!!! Every emo anthem was played!…read more We picked this place as it was one of the only restaurants that were open at night. We had just arrived into town and were hungry. There weren't any vegan items so I did the best I could. I asked for a flatbread without cheese. We got drinks but they weren't really strong. Overall we loved having emo night and a meal to eat. They also had games in the back to play, which we got. It was a great night! We did try to go back the next day, but there was a cover, so we decided to go to another bar instead. This was a cool place to go and I highly recommend!

This place is my must-visit--actually my must-visit twice--every single trip. The vibe? Pure gold. A little gritty, a lot of personality, and somehow both laid-back and rockin' at the same time. It's the kind of spot where the music feels like it's got a heartbeat and the walls have stories (and because they do - read Maxine "Call Me Madam" by Maxine Temple Jones!). And the food...look...the pizza alone is worth a pilgrimage. I don't know what magic they put in that dough, but it's the kind you think about when you're supposed to be thinking about other things. Everything that comes out of the kitchen is amazing--comfort food with swagger. Since I visited last they added ravioli to the menu!! So rich and delicious!! One of the best parts? The people. I've met countless amazing folks during every visit--locals, travelers, characters of all kinds--and every single one adds to the charm of the place. It's got that rare magic where strangers feel like friends within minutes. I have actually met relatives there that I never knew about or heard of!!! The bartenders are the BEST of the BEST!!! The staff is super cool, the atmosphere is electric in that perfectly-imperfect dive-bar way, and it's one of those local treasures you never want to tell too many people about because it's that good. If you want real flavor, real fun, and a place that just feels like home the moment you walk in--this is it.
