We ordered take out from here and the food was pretty decent. The portions aren't too big, but good enough for one or two people to enjoy. The service was fast and pleasant, and our food only took about 15-20 minutes to be ready. Something I'd wish to fix is when ordering, it was hard to find a proper website with a menu and pictures so you could see what you were ordering. I get anxious when eating out, I am gluten sensitive and have a nut allergy. The food and service was great! They were very knowledgeable about gluten free food and served a white sauce that was very good. We will come back the next time we are in Muscle Shoals. I had no problems and am looking forward to our next visit. If you're in the area and like Asian food look up Papa Woks. This is one of only a few places I feel safe eating at when I'm out. TERRIBLE SERVICE! The whole 1st 20 or so minutes we were there, there was one of the servers on the phone cussing at the top of her lungs across the restaurant, couldn't seem to get our drinks refilled. And then when said waitress decided to get off the phone, she had a full on friend reunion in front of the whole restaurant speaking loudly and still being very vulgar. It would seem like management would have handled the situation early on. But they just seemed to ignore it. When it came time to pay, I politely ask for the manager and was greeted with a ton of attitude with the above mentioned server. Too bad I actually had liked the restaurant in the past. Seems like a good place to get something a little healthier to eat than fast food. I called in an order for Thai coconut chicken soup and steamed dumplings and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Prices are reasonable. When I got back to my office I realized they didn't give me any napkins or utensils, though. Soup was OK, had a few large chunks of vegetables and a couple of pieces of chicken all of which tasted under seasoned, broth was good though. Dumplings were good, very typical of steamed dumplings, but the sauce they came with was very good. The sauce had a slight kick, was well seasoned, and even had chives floating in it. About 40 minutes later we ask why we had not gotten our food, when others that came in long after us had gotten theirs. Came here while visiting my sister for a month. Service was quick and courteous, the store had many precautions taken for Covid. The food was pretty good--over my trip I tried the lo mein and the beef broccoli, both of which were pretty good. My sister is vegetarian and got various types of tofu, which she seemed to enjoy. The rice was tasty--it's more like hibachi rice than your standard yellow rice you get from most Chinese takeout places. Was able to get chopsticks and even a moon cake to try (though we didn't care for it, that was probably because we didn't know there was a salted egg yolk in the center!) Good value. read more

I've been here many times. It's the Chinese food you can trust, probably because they don't have food lying around all day like the Buffet's do. I've been a fan of take out. The portions are great and if you are a lil' eater, it could last you up to 3 meals. You can reuse their takeout tray for storing left overs... We have a whole stack of them. They are even microwaveable, however, I never trust that. Their prices are unbelievable affordable... You get an egg roll with your meal and fortune cookies :) They also serve Pad Thai which is of course not Chinese, but you should get it as Spicy as they make it. Love the Chinese Doughnuts... I have eaten at this restaurant several times, sampling dishes like moo goo gai pan, General Tso's chicken, and a couple of their more spicy offerings. I have always enjoyed eating food from here--both in the restaurant and carry out. Today I went for lunch and decided on one of the daily specials, Beijing chicken. I had no idea what it was, but I'm a pretty adventurous eater and just went for it! Service was great. Our appetizer (cream cheese wontons) came out quickly and were tasty. Our drinks were always full, which I really appreciate. I must say though, for the first time ever when eating here, the other food was just so-so. The Beijing chicken had obviously been hanging around a while (it was even very dried out in places) and the rice wasn't particularly flavorful. The sauce on the chicken was quite nice so I used it to flavor my rice, and I pushed most of the chicken to the side. I'd eat here again, but I won't order a daily special again as it seems like it may be used as a way to get rid of leftovers. read more

Ate here two nights ago after calling ball. The place was clean and well kept. I placed a to go order of sesame chicken and general tso chicken both with fried rice. I also got a hot and sour soup. It took about 12 minutes for the food to come out. The hot and our soup was really good. It was soupy not thick, spicy and hearty. The general tso chicken was average. It was not spicy, on par for quick service Chinese food. The portions were large. Enough for two servings. It came with egg rolls and fortune cookies. I would eat here again. There was a daily special board that had yummy sounding deals also. read more

Don't fret over the 3 stars....as I still want to give them 5 (if this was last year). Quality of food has seemed to slowly get worse over time. It's not bad, not great, but still pretty good. Horrible service!!!! The waitress needs an attitude adjustment!!! She was not happy about being there apparently and her tips showed that as well. She was extremely rude to the call-ins and walk-ins! The method they served the food was completely jumbled and needs to be handled differently! We had to wait almost 2 hours for food and people that ordered behind us got their food which was not much different!
