I just want to add to my review that I just went to a dentist that Has to fix the work that this…read moredentist did and now I need three caps for the shotty work. He did causing my teeth to crack, and this dentist said that the white fillings that he replaced my silver fillings with was not meant for molars, causing more of my troubles at this point, he said the composite was not for molars. I knew I would have problems at this point because of all the work he did underfilling when he re filled my fillings that he should never of changed to white fillings and now I am truly paying the price for what he did. He should be ashamed Of purposely weakening peoples teeth, so he has work in the future I'm Amy Chicherchia

That included our dentist being the amazing Dr. Hester. The office was a shambles but the practice was perfect. After Dr. Hester sold to young Dr. Rinehart we were concerned about the change. Our fears turned out to be without merit as Dr. Rinehart and his staff have kept the best aspects of Dr. Hester's practice and implemented an impressive modernization of services. We trust Dr. Rinehart and his staff to provide top quality care taking into account the value of your time and the impact on your finances. More than once they repaired something for a fraction of the cost of replacement. He's not out to line his pockets like the others, he's out to be an advocate for his patients. All of his staff are kind, understanding and helpful. We have yet to encounter anyone in that office who wasn't top notch. We strongly recommend you drive the extra few minutes into Georgetown or visit his new office in Pawleys. You'll be able to tell the difference between his practice and the money grubbers after your first visit.

Dr. Obenchain herself is excellent--professional, knowledgeable, and someone I trusted for my care…read moreover the past three years. Unfortunately, the billing office completely undermines that experience. After a routine visit on March 19, I received a bill right before leaving for a family vacation (April 3-17). When I returned, my entire family came down with COVID, which delayed me from going through my mail. As soon as I reviewed it, I immediately called and paid the balance on May 1. Despite that, I received a letter from the billing office claiming no payment had been made and stating I would now be required to pay in full at the time of service. The tone was unnecessarily harsh and accusatory, especially given my consistent history of paying my balances over the past three years. Including a policy as if I were unaware or negligent felt condescending and completely disregarded the reality that sometimes life happens. There was no attempt at understanding--just a blanket, impersonal response. It's unfortunate because the quality of care from the doctor is not reflected in how patients are treated on the administrative side. In the end, the billing office's approach was enough for me to take my care elsewhere. If you choose to go here, be aware: the medical care may be great, but the billing experience can leave a very different impression.

Was told dentist would call in a prescription that day, a Friday. No prescription was ever called into the pharmacy. Went back approximately 2 weeks later, my wife's tooth was aching. Saw her that day. In and out about 30 minutes. Dentist extracted the tooth. No mention of abscess or any other needed work just come back for a cleaning. The dentist called in a prescription for pain medication to the pharmacy. When I went to the pharmacy, I asked the pharmacist if it contained codeine. It did and I called the dental office and told them my wife was allergic to codeine and would the dentist perscribs something without codeine. I was told he would. Hour and a half later no prescription called in. Called the dental office and asked about the new prescriptio. Was told dentist would check on it. Received call back from dental office and was told the dentist stated he DID NOT prescribe anything with codeine. The pharmacist had the original prescription that ordered Hydrocodeine for my wife. Late that evening the dentist called in a prescription to help counter the effects of the codeine. By that time the pharmacy had closed. Now, here is a dentist that does not treat an abscess, goes from requiring major work to simple extraction and follow up cleaning, does not understand what he has prescribe. Would you go back ?

This could have been caught not once but twice, Prince Creek didn't see it then sent the wrong tooth x-ray to the Endodontist where they would have seen before I made the $400.00 appointment I trusted prince creek. When I called to speak to the office manager I was told she was out sick and would follow up with me in a few days. In the meantime I was urged by family to contact another dentist upon explaining to them by phone what was going on with my infection they had me in under an emergency and all thank God has been dealt with. It's been over a week and still no phone call from Prince Creek office manger or any other authority or concerned staff member of Prince Creek. This has been a sad and very dangerous experience Please be carful with Prince Creek I am truly trying to help 1/15/2026
