Andrew is a saint! I have been going to this jeweler my whole life (watch repairs, watch batteries, cleanings, adjustments, and purchases) and today was the day I put him to the test with my new engagement ring, of course he prevailed! Basically, I had 2 situations that left the band of my ring warped into an oval shape, missing a micropavé stone from the underside of the band and the setting underneath the stone was slightly bent forward. No I was not doing construction with my ring on Papandrew not only repaired my ring, but replaced the missing stone and cleaned it too! It looks like the day my fiancé gave it to me! I was in and out within 15 minutes and the thing I love most about this jeweler is that he didn't judge or make me feel bad for damaging something so precious. I've read other posts that called him a perfect gentleman and he is just that. I am thrilled that everything was taken care of and for a price that I believe was 100% fair. So happy I found this place. Brought in my engagement ring which had a bent prong. Not only did they fix it while I waited, they cleaned it and didn't charge me anything. My watch lost a stem and other places said it was going to be SO expensive to fix. They did it quickly and very inexpensively. My husband brought in his watch and they told him it wasn't worth fixing (they were right!) Next I brought in my husband's wedding band which wasn't fitting. They fixed it beautifully, can't even tell that they had to add gold to make it bigger. Owners are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them. read more

The guy who fixed the watch is not really happy with his job. When you ask him questions, he gives you indirect response. He fixed my watche but had a lot of side comments. His service was really bad and it was as if he is doing me a favor by fixing the watch. Horrible service. Go to green acres mall 2nd floor to fix your watch. Offensive! I went in for a quote on a simple ring sizing. My family did business with them for many years and I've referred many people there. I don't think the man recognized me today. He declined to do the sizing on the spot; I didn't want to leave the ring, for CONVENIENCE. The owner instantly turned so insulting, telling me that I didn't trust him, he WASN'T GOING TO STEAL MY DIAMOND, and if there was no trust then he didn't want to do business with me. And all this within two minutes of my entering the store. I hardly got a word in edgewise! What??? I wish I could leave negative stars. I will NEVER go back. Beware!! read more
