My first time in Delta and was visiting for work. I was looking for a casual spot to grab some beers and a meal. The bartenders were extremely attentive and I never went without a full beer. They have a great bar selection and many draft beers on tap, so there is sure to be something that you will find that will appease your taste. I looked at the menu for way too long as everything on the menu looks so good. Ironically enough, I settled for the chicken tenders and subbed for sweet potato fries. It was INCREDIBLE! I loved the homemade dressings and the hand breaded tenders. It was definitely not frozen food... it was GOOD! I think it has a fun ambiance inside and they had karaoke on Saturday night, but appreciated that it was not too loud to interrupt dinner service. read more

Slow food service. Ran out of wine, bartender didn't even know how to make my dates drink. She had to go teach them. Ordered calamari as an appetizer. Waiter dropped off and took off. Just tartar sauce. No lemon wedges? Calamari on a plate and no garnish or lemon. Ate it anyway. I could make that at home with Walmart Calamari. Salmon came out. Not an oz of sauce or seasoning. We made reservations for eight people to celebrate my mom's 81st birthday. The service was extremely slow - took an hour to get our food. We were served a dish or two at a time so we didn't really get to eat it all together. The food was cold and my husband's was inedible. They seemed to focus more on the bar and karaoke. Went here last night for their grand opening. Came in at 6:40 We were a party of six. Ordered drinks that took 20 minutes to get after they brought the wrong ones and they were absolutely horrible. Had to send three back because they were that bad. Ordered our food and when I say that took over an hour it took over an hour and then our order was messed up. The carne asada tacos was just meat and cilantro, no salsa no sour cream no guacamole just that. The steak was not worth $32! Coming from someone with serving experience the staff definitely needs some work because they were rude and obviously had no communication with their kitchen staff. The place has really good potential and absolutely beautiful job on the remodel but the staff definitely needs more training. read more

We went here tonight for the restaurants soft opening, the food and service was spectacular! They did an amazing job remodeling the place. They have a full bar and upscale bar food. We got the chicken pesto sandwich and the spicy burger both were mouth watering. We also got the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer and that was very good as well! Our server Kimber, was very attentive and kind. Each time, we needed a drink refill or sauce, she was right there with a smile ! We would definitely recommend this place. Delta needs more locally owned businesses like this!!! read more

Nachos were amazing & the table service was friendly. This is where the positive portion ends. I paid a considerable amount of money for a table and to see Tracy Byrd perform. Table ticket holders were allowed early admission, which was fine. The General Admission ticket holders were admitted and allowed to stand in front of the tables. Table ticket holders couldn't see the act! I had to take my 70-year-old mother (all 4'10" of her) to the side of the stage where we STOOD in front of a speaker for the two-hour show! Next time, Rustic Charm, move the tables by the door to the dance floor and cordon off the area, limiting GA ticket holders to the bar area. This way you can continue to charge additional for table seats, GA can still enjoy the show, and table ticket holders get what they pay for. read more

I recently saw The Rustic Charm Bar and Grill on our local news channel and wanted to give it a try. Our first attempt was on my birthday while coming back from fly fishing and of course it was closed that day. Went to another place in Grand Junction which was a disaster. So coming back once again from Puc park in Ridgeway on Saturday July 6, 2024, we stopped and it was open. Very nice ambiance, corrugated siding in the walls, very nice long table made from a large tree, lots of repurposed items. I believe it was about 24 beers on tap. I got the triple decker sandwich with avocado and side salad, my wife got the grilled chicken wrap and sweet potato fries and a couple of cold guys.... Dirty Hippy beers. While eating I thought someone was skinning a cat, but apparently it must have been karaoke night! I think it was a rendition of Rhinestone Cowboy. My triple decker was great, good portion of food, my salad was better than I expected. My wife took half her sandwich home and finished it later. Our server was very attentive and kept coming back and asking if we needed anything. Definitely planning on going back again while traveling through Delta. read more

The only reason I am giving 1 Star is because our server could not do anything about the bad experience. It was out of his hands. From the time we ordered to when we got our meal, it was 1 hr and 9 minutes. There was only two of us. I ordered the French dip and asked for the bun to be extra toasted. It arrived untoasted and a rank smell. I took two bites of the meat and knew it was rotten. I asked my husband to smell it and he also confirmed it was old meat. When we got the bill I told our server that the kitchen needs to check the meat and he said "that was the last of the roast beef so you probably got the bottom of the barrel." This was not our servers fault. He had to do a lot of apologizing today to several tables. This was poor management. A Sunday noon meal with only 5 tables filled should not take over an hour. My meal was comped by the server, which I did appreciate. Again, poor management. read more

We went here for a concert with a renowned artist. I bought tickets several weeks in advance but only received them the day before the event. We arrived and ordered food before the concert but it was very slow service mostly because they were slammed. The food was okay though my burger, which I ordered rare, was very cooked but had good flavor so I was okay with it. The concert started and it was an absolute awesome experience. I would definitely think about going again if it was another good artist. read more

Ate at the bar. Great and prompt service. Decent beer on tap selection; about 7-8 choices. Ordered full order wings (10) and they were so-so; not cooked from fresh, they were either reheated or from frozen. Not bad, but not what you'd expect for $15. The place was busy and, for having only 3 servers, I was surprised they didn't fall behind. Ambiance is very good; modern American pub & grill layout with a game area. Restrooms are clean. Will try again soon. Still better than the competition in Delta but not what you'd expect if you eat out in Ridgway, Montrose, Ouray or Gunnison. read more

The artichoke dip was amazing and the burgers were cooked to perfection. I also really love a restaurant that offers brie as a cheese option for the burgers - so delicious!! The atmosphere was very calm, and even though there were tvs with sports it wasn't distracting and you can still have a nice quiet dinner. The servers were super friendly and everything came out as ordered and in good time. Excited to go back and try more of the menu! read more

The food was good...waitress service was horrible! Waited forever for our food (1.5hrs), wasn't asked once if we'd like another drink or that our food was taking longer than expected. This was on a Monday at lunch, they were not busy at all! read more

The atmosphere, and the food are fantastic. I love that Delta has a nice new restaurant! I do feel bad though that the day we were there the place is pretty full, and there was one person working the entire place. So the service was quite slow, but it looks like they were shorthanded. read more

the service was good but for the price the frozen food was not good at all. I ordered over easy eggs and one was under cooked the other hard. potatoes were hard and asked for crispy bacon got burnt bacon. could not spread the hard butter on the cold bread. read more

Came in at 6:40. They let us know it was busy which they were. They were still letting people in. 700 came around and finally took our drink order. I order a Pepsi, they came back and told me the Pepsi was out of co2 and was flat. 735 comes around they finally took our order at the same time a party of 4 came in, they immediately took their order. 750 still waiting for our appetizer but table of 4 got their onion rings. At that point we asked for the checks for the 2 drinks that came. The waiter said I can go back and see if it's done. Comes back 10 seconds later and said see it's done. However, it was for another table. They gave us free drinks but I will never get back the 1 hour and 10 min. Since I'm on a 8 pm fast I didn't end up eating. read more

Great burger , meat cook at my asking. Choices of vegan options as well. Service is very friendly and ambiance warm and not too loud so that you can hear each other talking. Plenty of seating places too. Did not wait. Drink ... well it is not diluted. Will come back!!! read more
