Initially, the employee and myself shared a concern of whether or not my truck and all of its accessories would fit, but it fit with ease. Inside the business you'll find a comfortable seating area with air conditioning, though I opted to sit outside on their shaded patio. The amount of seating this place had, inside and out, really stood out, and made for a comfortable and pleasant experience. The cashier was friendly, as well. As I watched my vehicle being cleaned after its wash, I couldn't help but notice how meticulous the employee worked in drying my vehicle. He followed each wipe of his microfiber towel with the air compressor, both inside and out, leaving no chance for water spots or dust. After tipping the gentleman, I was on my way. The exterior wash was very disappointing. The car looked barely cleaned, and the roof in particular was still visibly dirty, as if it hadn't been washed at all. Here is wt happened: I came in for a quick wash, my car is pretty new and not dirty at all (couple days after pick up, no license plate yet). When I paid, I told the guy my car is new, wasn't dirty and I just needed a simple wash. He said "ok," and that was it. After the wash, I noticed the front bumper was basically untouched. I asked another guy who works there about it, thinking maybe he could just wipe it down quickly. I even found $5 cash and was ready to tip him, but he told me to go back to the entrance, so I did. The guy at the front saw me and immediately said "we don't do rewashes" and told me I have to pay again for a higher tier wash. I explained that another employee sent me over, but he cut me off and said, "He doesn't know anything, he is not the boss, I'm the boss." I told him I'm willing to pay the difference, not even asking for a full rewash, just fix the missed spot. He refused and told me I had to pay again and "this time don't buy the basic wash."
