I was looking for something particular and he told me where to find it, I couldn't find it and asked him if he would help me and show me exactly where and he grunted and ordered another coworker to show me. -I ordered a tool rack and after I picked it up I continued to get calls to come and get it. I could have easily picked up another one and sell it and make something off of it but I'm an honest person and kept telling them I already got it. Why they just can't update their system and make note it was already picked up is beyond me. Seems like a common sense thing to do when someone picks up an order. -I also got a very large gift card there from my in laws sent via email and they said I couldn't use it there because the bar code doesn't work. I then took the gift card over to Southold and the manager said yes the barcode doesn't work for whatever reason but I had no problem using it there and the manager said it just needs to be manually put in instead of scanning. So I went back to SI Ace Hardware I told them what Southold said and they refused to manually put it in. So now I have this gift card that I can't use in the town I live in and have to go off island to buy basic things I need for my house. It's very frustrating.
