He refuses to take accountability in lack of communication, availability to reach on the phone or negligence in planning so he is refusing a refund of any kind.

Ordered 2 subs online. They didn't get either of them correct, and I didn't realize it until I got…read morehome. That ends it for me ordering from this Subway, because every time I go there, they have screwed up my orders. Not only that, I had a $15 gift card, and there is literally no way to do an order for more than the gift card and put the balance on a credit card. You have to order less than the gift card and forfeit the difference, it won't take a secondary payment method. All in all - epic fail.
