le doy 5 estrellas al lugar por el servicio y la gente tan servicial que tienen, los meseros y los bartenders son unas personas tan amables y se ve la experiencia que tienen al tacto y la forma de tratar a los clientes, más sin embargo la condición y calidad de vida que ofrecen los gerentes es una mierda bien hecha, no les importa cuidar a su gente que mantiene el nombre de la empresa, no les brindan un sueldo ni si quiera les importa que tengan un seguro ni un contrato, como quieren que su gente les responda de una manera grata si los minimizan y los esclavizan haciendo el trabajo sucio mientras que en sus recursos humanos se estan rascando las pelotas solo recibiendo dinero sin esfuerzo, no son buenos con sus trabajadores, ni tienen la minima forma de ofrecerles nada a cambio a su gente por dedicar años y tiempo a su empresa, el papas&beer se esta muriendo y lo unico que les interesa es ganar dinero de una manera muy asquerosa, sin ofrecer nada a cambio, como quieren que su gente los apoye si no les dan nada(un sueldo y seguro) en todos los trabajos la gente tiene uno, pues aqui no!!la gente es remplazable y inservible al menos eso piensan las personas que controlan el lugar, no les importa nada mas que su misma estabilidad, deberian de cambiar ya la gerencia que es anticuada y toxica, solo esta haciendo que el lugar muera y nadie quiera visitar jamas en la vida , los clientes regresan solo por el servicio del lugar, no por que sea famoso, es un asco la forma de manejar y llevar a cabo las decisiones tan estupidas y tan 80s ya es un mundo que exige originalidad, ya los viejitos deben de irse y permitir que la gente que si tiene ideas de innovación haga que prospere, por eso el turismo no va a rosarito, por que no tiene nada de bueno ya, mas que la gente tan hermosa que habita diario ahi, las cabezas y los altos mandos, deben de irse para que el lugar se siente diferente y se desahoge del hoyo en que lo tienen, pesima calidad de vida ofrecen esos ingratos gerentes del papas&beer estoy muy enojado por lo que hacen y no tienen el valor de cambiar nada, mas que seguir con su rollo anticuado y culero, ambiente pesimo todos los dias, solo en eventos merece la pena ir, o si tienes a tu mesero de confianza diario vale la pena, mientras para ir a llenar la bolsa de recursos humanos que asco!! no sirven para nada, solo para robar a la gente trabajadora y humilde,son unas personas estrictas pero no ofrecen nada a cambio para actuar de esa manera, no doblan la mano ni si quiera un poco, no pagan, no les preocupa la salud, el bienestar, hay gente que lleva mas de 15 años en el lugar y sin embargo siguen siendo reemplazables, pero eso si son buenos para dar órdenes y pensar como seguir minimizando los gastos, que buenos contadores tienen, ojala y ya no existan, esas personas toxicas y asquerosas que no tienen el valor de hacer prosperar y llevar a cabo su empresa como debe ser, de la manera correcta, todavia le escupen a su propia gente en la cara, pesimo su manera de actuar tan inhumana ojala y les pase algo por ser ese tipo de persona, tan detestable y tan basura, no voy a volver a pisar el lugar hasta que cambien de recursos humanos, que decepción que ya no hay dinero en rosarito y se ponen estrictos y ni siquiera le pagan a su gente por los años y tiempo que dedican a estar ahi, el servicio repito perfecto excelente, pagaria miles de dolares por esa experiencia tan hermosa, pero por las condiciones que ofrecen y la calidad a sus empleados que mala empresa que mala gerencia y que mala administración Por cierto como es posible que cobren parking a sus empleados y no les den ticket? Ahí quien se gana el dinero el lugar es muy bueno -empleados y servicio excelente -instalaciones buenas -no hay sueldo nomina -no hay seguro -no hay aguinaldo -muchas horas extra -no ofrecen comida o lunch(que coman de la basura si encuentran) -no hay prestaciones -no hay uniformes(3 camisas al año) -no hay innovacion -pesima musica(el reggaeton del 2004 ya no se ocupa,mucho menos sus canciones de los 80s si ya tuvieron artistas actuales en los eventos pongan su música y subanle para que la gente le de entusiasmo entrar a su bar) por cierto la entrada al bar y al club se ve pesima, le hace falta glamour y que se vea exótica,luces,maquinas de humo, leds rgb, en toda la vista de afuera carteles, fotos, pantallas con videos) o que no les alcanza? read more

Mexico can be so much more than you think. The People are friendly and the women are beautiful. You can really have a great time there, for less money than the US. No where more so than Papa's and Beer So get in the car and go there. (But do bring your passport card and leave your gun at home.) The First thing I noticed that the place was spacious. It has a rustic decor that indicates this place is fun! The back opens up to a beach and part of the floor was sand! There's a bar up front and a bar on the side and. . . Here a bar, everywhere a place to grab a cerveza or any other kind of drink. They greet you at the door like they've known you for years. They'll provide you with a tour, if you want one. It's that big, that a tour of the whole place is helpful. The people in Mexico have been very serious about not getting a fatal disease, so make sure you bring a mask and there is some social distancing. Like every other business in Baja, they take your temperature and you can't come in, if you're running a fever. (Dude ,if you're running a fever, why are you out at a nightclub?) Pretty much true all ove Baja. No surprise that the Pandemic was less of a problem in the Baja than most of the US. I've had all my shots and I didn't worry about a thing. Once you get your drink, no one cares if the mask comes off. Yes, they do everything they can to ward off a disease, but enjoying a beer takes precedence. Of Course the drinking age in Mexico is 18 so there were a lot of young girls. Most were very pretty and they were a big part of the show. My wife told me to stop staring as that is highly frowned upon in Mexico. It is also highly frowned upon by her, but YELP won't let me write a review about her. But you gotta sneak a peek, there were so many of them in cute little summer outfits. Most of them were from the US, taking advantage of the drinking age. Of course there was a dance floor and that is always nice to either dance or watch everyone. The music is good, mostly American Rock and Roll. Loud, but not to load. I appreciate that, as we were able to converse without screaming. Unlike most bars in Baja, I felt safe there. Even walking back to the car late at night, there were a lot of other gringos around and everyone was partying and fun. The food was good, although it cost just as much as you would pay in the US. Not sure why that it. You would expect it to be cheap, given the cheap labor, but no, it costs about the same as a San Diego night club. So, if you're spending a day in Mexico, the place to be when the sun goes down (or the afternoon) is Papa's. It's big, and where everyone is having fun. It's only about an hour's drive to get there. The Ensenada papas and beer. They took our family members life on the very right was released, all kinds of killers running around down there. The security guards act like it's a cartel and quick to kill you when you want to simply use a bathroom at 130 am.The rights of United States citizens is worthless in Mexico. I can't believe that they allow them to disregard human life this way . The man they killed was very loved and he had two boys that will miss him so much. Please don't go here. Is your life worth losing in a brawl with people that just abuse their power and can careless about what and how your family will feel ? The whole life of a man named Ruben Naranjo Cervantes. He was Mexican American and they did this . This says they any want to continue with their lives as normal and say they got one guy and know that the true killer is out there so think about your family and loved ones. They are demons and all they wanted was to make an example. At 130 in the morning these guys wanted to charge each 40 dollars I'm sure. The thing is when I was young I use to go down there and if your a girl of course you get harassed. Not safe out there it's very dangerous and you can lose your life and they won't hold anyone accountable for their crimes. This was our first time to Papas & Beer. All I knew about it was it's a party & every place we wanted to stay in the area made sure to let us know how far from Papas we were staying. COVID protocol had our hands sanitized & temperatures checked before entering a large empty outdoor space. I can imagine the party when it's in season, but we were happy to be seated & treated almost exclusively on the patio. Our server, Rene Ruiz, was there to check up on us at the perfect frequency & provided us with good food recommendations & tasty takes on our favorite drinks. Personally, I try to speak as much Spanish as possible when I'm here & though it's not great, I appreciate people's patience as I try to find the right words. Rene was very patient & kind in our interactions, not automatically resorting to our obviously stronger English. Great server. A warm human. Muchas gracias, Rene! Not being party people, we thought drinks & appetizers just to see what Papas was, you know...just to say we did it & keep on exploring the town. Both the tortilla soup & nachos were huge! I didn't know this spot was on the sand & we're watching the sunset after walking through some jungle entrance, eating massive appetizers & the drinks are strong & Rene gave us a strong goodbye & man... My complements on the service, food and staff working this Sunday January 7, 2024. What would have just been a cold overcast day of drinking and viewing a Raiders football game at Your venue turned out to be a very memorable Sunday afternoon. Mr. Oscar (Vivo) Herrera, I hope I got his last name right. Offered us an experience that was more welcoming and above and beyond the normal club or restaurant ambiance. The whole staff went out of there way to please everyone that was there. I've been to other events and no where have they catered to people's needs and made it possible for it to be a family friendly environment. Papa's and Beer has again gained the admiration of the Raider Nation. I can speak for all that attended the viewing party and say that we are in deep gratitude for the the outstanding service and the warmth that we felt from your staff. I just went there this weekend with some friends and I assure you can take my word when I say It's definitely worth it!! It's been the best weekend I've had for the longest. My friends were stunned and so myself tbh. Specially for the staff, they all seemed super friendly and caring! Our server was "el memo", it's funny how I still remember his name after how crazy our night was lol. Awesome guy, nice to have a conversation with, super funny he was making us laugh non-stop. Long story short, service was an easy 10 out of 10 and their food and drinks were absolutely delicious, my favorite dish was the lobster which I highly recommend trying. Definitely coming back and I highly encourage everyone to give it a try and have an awesome night like we did! Ps. Warning, you might get your stuff stolen including money, wallets, and jewelry. The worst part is that the security guards there are corrupt thieves and they will likely be the ones to steal your stuff. We went there two nights and saw security guards searching people and taking their stuff. We saw one take a girls phone right out of her purse and keep it. There was a small fight and when the security guards were breaking it up, they ripped the gold chains off a few people and kept them. The police was called and there was nothing that was done. Perfect place to relax by the beach. Hard to find such beach clubs in San Diego. I go therve frequently with my friends on weekends to relax, drink buckets of beer or cocktails. Seafood is great, my favourite is oyesters. For 2-4 people there is option of grill (a portable grill brought to your table with steak, seafood, corn, vegies, sausages etc. There are other bars around Papas and Beer but I prefer this because of the pop music being played. Service is great-my favorite waiter is Robert Carlos and Carla. Robert is highly energetic guy and is alaways around when you need him. Most efficient guy I know, There are more like our friends now. Very prompt and efficient. I feel at home here. On weekends sometimes they have special events-live band, boxing matches etc. This bar is mostly frequented by youngsters. The customer service with every bartender is so nice .Oscar Fernando Mario Renee Roy and Christian Always take care of us. The attention that we get from them is at its finest.they even helped when one of my friends drank a little bit too much And they assisted us to a taxi. The food was really good and the music was fun. I'm glad to see that they put up measures for Covid. Everybody makes you feel safe and comfortable. We will definitely be going back. Immediate service with polite staff. Seating is very open. Within 3 minutes of ordering our drinks they were already at our table. Variety of music sits with the vibe. This was my first time in Rosarito papas and beer, loved it. 20 dollars for open bar from 9pm-2am on fridays! All you can drink! Special thanks to the staff, yall the best!
