Before the move, I was told that moving my storage shed was included in the quoted price. When the movers arrived, they decided they weren't going to move the shed after all and said it would have to be done on another trip. Despite not completing the full job, I was still charged the full amount. At the end of the move, I was told they would not leave until I paid them. So not only did I pay them, I tipped each person who helped with the move for this company. I was still at the old house cleaning everything out, and my daughter was at the new house and she stated that they did not put a bed together. So I quickly called them before they could leave town, to ask why they had not put the bed together since I just completely paid in full. They stated they lost the parts and that they would be back the following week when they cleaned out the storage shed. Still not quoting a price as of yet, since I already overpaid for this part of the move. As a result, my daughter was left without a fully assembled bed. To make matters worse, I was later told it would cost an additional $1,900 for them to come back, even though the bed wasn't completed because they lost the parts.(I already paid 4,000 dollars)I never agreed to that additional charge. My daughter has been without a bed since July 1, 2026. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact the company to resolve these issues, but they have not returned my calls or responded to my messages. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted them to finish the work I had already paid for and take responsibility for losing the bed parts. Mistakes can happen during a move, but a company's integrity is shown by how it handles those mistakes. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged for work that wasn't completed, my daughter's bed parts were lost, I was asked to pay an additional $1,900 to have them return, and now the company has stopped responding altogether. I hope no one else has to go through the same experience. It sure would be nice to resolve this issue and have someone from the company make this right.

I've waited in line both times (holding a pre-stamped, ready-to-go package), and instead of letting me know that I can place it on the counter, the cashier continues to scroll through her phone. Not sure if the phone is working as the "register" but today was my third and final time at this location. Today as I entered, there was a man sitting across the counter (yes, you read that right) reading a cutting board that the store was selling. The cashier continued to scroll through her phone. I was the only other person in the store, so there was not a line. I waited for a few minutes, and I finally interrupted the cutting board reading / cell phone scrolling to ask where to place my ready-to-go package. I guess I was waiting for a man with a chainsaw to come out and drag me to the back. If not Chainsaw Massacre vibes, then definitely Twilight Zone. This place is a "no" for me.

All I needed to do was send it to a certain email for the machine to receive it. Then I did want some papers laminated, so I headed to the desk to help me. The guy with long hair and glasses was helpful and nice. He gave great customer service and was quick. It only costed me 4 bucks to laminate. Overall it took like five minutes. Super easy if you have your stuff organized and know what you want to do.
