I was immediately greeted by the shop's friendly dog though was completely ignored by the other staff. I overheard the other custoners receiving warm greetings and thought when they left the shop, perhaps staff would be more solicitous. However, I wasn't assisted for at least 15 minutes after the other guests left. It's pretty surprising in the customer service industry. When it came to trying on an item, the staff just pointed at the dressing room and said "over there." One staff member, presumably the owner, did provide information about the polish ceramic items after I'd been pursuing for a while. Overall, this shop has a nice assortment of items and is pleasantly appointed, though could improve in customer service.

I love folk art . . . so creative, earthy, edgy. And this shop is full of that, and a lotta quirk! Lots of affordable art from folk artists. Chair socks (who knew those existed), vintage halloween masks (I wanted to buy them all), journals, very cool books. A lot of social justice stuff, which I appreciate. I know I'm safe here. The staff (including the owner who helps out around the place himself) were so cool and nice! I bought a ton of weird and delightful greeting cards, postcards, and a few other fun things.
