I love the setup and the professionalism of the receptionist. My favorite wax specialist is Mandy. She is funny, friendly, and charismatic. I went in for a wax on my brows and bikini. I'm super particular about who does my brows: Mandy did exactly as i asked and my natural brows have never looked better. As for as the secret space lol (bikini)... I felt super comfortable with her in spite of my nervousness. I've recommended all of my friends to Mandy, and they've all had nothing but good things to say as well. I am so excited to have a dedicated wax center in Beaumont! I have been using this location since January on a regular basis and have never had a bad experience. I use Victoria Hamilton and I can't say enough good things! She is very professional and knowledgable about her services and the products offered by EWC. So I'm visited the European Wax Center for the first time yesterday and I must say I had an awesome experience. The receptionist were very welcoming also very informative. The wax Specialists that took care of me when was Christine, she was very nice and also very informative. I was a little uncomfortable because it was my first time but she put me at ease and by the time she was done we were laughing. She made me feel real comfortable. I would recommend European Wax Center to anyone that's going to get waxes and also to top it off they also wax my eyebrows for free and gave me some really good samples. Addicted to waxing now. It is such a difference between shaving and waxing. I do my underarms, brows, lip, legs Brazilian. When the hair grows back, it isn't coarse, prickly and itchy like shaving. There are patches on me that don't grow back at all now! There are great first time guest specials (free and half price services) and referral bonuses like a rewards program. This place is open til 9pm on weekdays and 6pm on the weekends, so it makes it so easy to work my waxing into my schedule. The staff is super professional and friendly. Love going here read more

After my first was, I had to get a touch up to remove the rest of the hair. I was told this was normal due to how coarse the hair is from shaving all these years. Taylor B. Did my first wax and the touch up. She did an amazing job at continuing with the same friendly and knowledgeable attitude. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Went in for my first wax experience...just trying this place out they did a great job on my eyebrows and Christine was great taking her time and giving me tips to fill in my sparse brows. Best place in Beaumont to get waxed at! The waxers are amazing and professional and the receptionist are nice. Ally helped me with checkout and explained everything from payment plans for my passes to the line of body products I purchased.
