What I received looked sparse, uneven, and significantly smaller. Several of the flowers pictured in the advertisement were either missing entirely or replaced, and there was far more greenery than actual flowers. The overall arrangement lacked the fullness and visual impact that I paid for. To make matters worse, many of the flowers arrived already fully bloomed and past their prime. Instead of receiving fresh flowers that would last several days, they looked like they were already nearing the end of their lifespan. I honestly don't expect this bouquet to last more than a day or two. I understand that substitutions can sometimes be necessary, but substitutions should still maintain the overall appearance, size, quality, and value of the arrangement that was ordered. Unfortunately, this bouquet does not come close to matching the advertised product. For the price paid, $100, I expected something much closer to the photo on the website. This felt misleading and disappointing, especially since the flowers were intended as a birthday gift. I would not order this arrangement again and hope the florist does a better job ensuring customers receive something that reflects what is being advertised. When I reached out with concerns and provided photos, I was told the arrangement was "exactly like the original picture," and that my photo was just a side angle. Even after explaining the differences, I was refused any resolution. Eventually, I was told they would only issue a refund if the flowers were picked up and taken back. Since the arrangement was already delivered as a birthday gift and displayed in my manager's office, I was then told that if I refused pickup, I would be charged the full original price again. This put me in an extremely uncomfortable position of either asking my manager to return a gifted arrangement or losing my money entirely. Overall, the product delivered did not match what was advertised, and the customer service experience made the situation even more frustrating.
