Updated Review: I am changing this review to 5 stars to bring awareness that this shop is called The Blossom Shop - the shop that scammed me for $106.00 is called Blossom Flower Delivery. They also go by the name Sunny Flower Delivery. The Blossom Shop has NO RELATION to Blossom Flower Delivery. Please be aware of the similar names when placing an order. John from The Blossom Shop was kind enough to reach out to me this morning and alert me of my mistake. He was very understanding and I would definitely use from The Blossom shop for future orders. _________________________________________________________ Original Review: The shop (BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY) has the worst customer service ever. It feels like a scam and probably not a real place. Ordered birthday flowers on Sunday, 5/23/26. Received tracking information stating flowers were delivered but they were not. The customer service person "Mitch" but me on a long hold so she could speak to her manager. When she returned, she said all she could do is give me a $5.00 off credit. I asked to speak to the manager. She claimed to be the manager, so who was she speaking to? I will be disputing the funds with my credit card company. Do not purchase from this place. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. I paid extra for a Saturday delivery. The simple message I tried to send was all f*cked up. The flowers did not resemble the picture of what I was expecting. I requested a refund. Instead, I received a certificate for $12 off my next order. Guess what ? There won't be another order. I feel scammed. read more

We contacted The Blossom Flower Shop to order flower arrangements for an unexpected family funeral. We requested specific flowers in honour of the deceased, and the florist quoted us a premium rate which we accepted. But when we went to pick up the flowers, I was shocked to discover that, while two sidepieces were serviceable, the central arrangement was completely different from what we had discussed AND the reference photos we had sent. Not only did the florist try to pass off different, cheaper flowers to us (while keeping the premium rate), but many were also WILTED. When I pointed this out to the owner, he had the gall to deny it while standing next to the bunch of old flowers. The owner had also completely changed the colour scheme we had requested, as HE felt it was inappropriate for OUR occasion and he knew better than us. When we asked him to honour our requests which he had accepted, the owner protested that we had only given them a short lead time for the order -- a funeral order for a SUDDEN death in our family, which we had explained to him off the bat. The deceased's daughter was with me and almost cried! The insensitivity and selfishness was astounding. I still cannot believe how much the owner of the Blossom Shop bungled our order, but, more than anything, I am shocked at how rude and incompetent he was -- and at a time of intense grief for us. Any families suffering bereavement should beware of the Blossom Shop, as should any happy couples considering it for their weddings -- unless they are comfortable being told how they should celebrate properly and taking whatever flowers he deigns to give them, in whatever shape he says they are. read more

I wanted to rave about my experience with the blossom shop. I placed an order and I didn't feel that the result was what I needed it to be for a very special occasion. I called them up and they replaced the order with an absolutely lovely bouquet. Really terrific to deal with. I will be using them again. read more

After looking online I called to order flowers and inquire about a few options for a few weeks out. I was really impressed with the customer service via the phone- very helpful, patient and polite. I would give this place a 1 star review- pre ordered flowers Friday to be delivered Monday. spent about 300 dollars plus delivery fees... just to be sitting here all day to not get the flowers to about 5pm well after the business closes. She stated the driver takes the fastest route and I guess it takes him all day to go 10 miles.... Don't recommend this company for how much you spend and the service you get. PASS read more

This is a beautiful flower shop. I've driven past it a million times and decided to stop by today. It's small but packed with lots of beautiful plants and gifts for special occasions. The customer service is exceptional and that's what is most important to me. Prices may be a little more than the typical plant shop but there's lots to see and you can tell they take great pride in taking care of the inventory. read more

be aware. there is a "Blossom" florist online that pops up when one types in Blossom. I ordered Mother's Day flowers from them thinking it was our Blossom shop. flowers were not delivered, customer service gave me the run around. when I asked for a refund i was told I would be receiving a call back with the information. never to receive the "call back". flowers showed up three days after our delivery date. not the flowers I ordered. Blossom Shop is NOT a his company. our experience with Blossom shop as always been excellent! so sorry for the confusion. read more

When we lived in So Cal, I used the same florist for all occasions for 25 years. They did beautiful work, were reliable, and customer satisfaction driven. When we moved to Charlotte, I had to just guess. I tried a couple of places that were ok. But let's face it when you are spending this kind of money on someone else, "just ok," is never going to be good enough. I tried The Blossom Shop. Have used them twice now and they are my go-to flower place. They are great at customer service. They listen to what I want and don't want in a bouquet. When I went the second time, they had our profile set up in the computer so the transaction was seamless. Since it was an office delivery they got it done early in the day. This place, although small, is so cute! The owners and/or employees are extremely nice and have a "my place is your place" sort of attitude. "Go make yourself at home in the fridge with the fresh cut flowers! Walk around!" They were so sweet. They had some really pretty arrangements scattered throughout the place, and a decent amount of other home accent pieces mixed in as well. I ordered an arrangement for a dear friend who recently had surgery. In years past my aunt sent me flowers from The Blossom Shop when I had babies and they were lovely. I thought $50.00 plus $11.00 for delivery would be a nice arrangement. When I visited my friend I was so embarrassed. The size of the flowers was about a six inch ball. When I called to express my disappointment I was told that for what I paid you only got a small arrangement. I wish I had been advised how small it really was. read more
