I don't know why but either way it is the best place to get rid of old electronics that are not so big. I have dropped off a lot of good things including a few old laptops, small speakers and a portable CD player. I don't remember much but if you are unable to drop off E-waste in other places for free or Goodwill is not accepting of your old things, this is the place to go. Staff who live and work here are very happy, they are always happy to help. They even sell fresh eggs here so feel free to drop by if you can. Drawback: This can be a far place for some people. Very rude customer service and false advertising. We went here cause we needed passport pictures…read more It said online and at the front of the store we can do it here. We went inside and asked and lady said "we don't do that here" and to go to CVS. I asked why don't you do it here and she said very loudly and rude "CAMERA NOT WORKING". That's when I told her she should remove the sign in front. My recommendation is to not go here ever. Lady was rude. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Reply: It's clear that the owner is not reading what I posted, and clearly wasn't there. Because I never asked for an application for a new passport, I went in respectfully and asked for passport pictures, and I got a negative response immediately. She respectfully could have told me that the camera wasn't working at the moment instead of yelling it to me. The owner Trinity is not holding herself accountable. Instead she is lying and put a twist to my story. I hope this business does better soon, because given the reviews that I am seeing, everyone has had a negative experience here.

I only discovered this business because I did a search for mail centers that handled international DHL deliveries. The business is very cute, great parking, chairs so that you dont have to stand if you need to wait, they even have a great complimentary coffee bar. Paul and Sheri were both wonderful. Sheri acknowledged me right away, gave a friendly smile and made sure I was we were helped in the order we arrived. Paul was kind, hard working and very detail oriented, wanting to make sure he got my ship-to address exactly right. Even the customers were friendly! There was not a long line, my shipment just happened to require more time because it was being sent internationally. It really is a great location and had small town mail center vibes. I'm sure customers love that they are dog friendly...which i know is a big plus. Honestly, for those that are slightly allergic like myself (the rare few)....that wasnt my favorite but all around I give them an A+.

When i declined to move forward, they agreed to $200. They also didn't remove one of the items and told me it would be an additional $700 despite me clarifying that I would like the item removed and me sending a picture of it. I had a better experience with swat junk removal last week.
