I'm so please with the set up of my new Costco Mirador Pergola. Normally, we assemble and fix things ourselves, but we just had too many projects needing our attention at one time so I reached out for several quotes via Yelp. Serg was the third quote I received and he was very straightforward with a flat reasonable rate and great reviews, so I chose him. He responded quickly and set up a day. He agreed to my time and showed up texting me on the way to communicate he was on time. He showed up with two helpers and they went straight to work. I appreciate that he was prepared with his tools and even used a leveling tool to ensure the beams were straight. Other assemblers wanted to charge an extra $200 in addition to the assembly fee just to bolt the pergola to the concrete. In my opinion that should be included the assembly. We needed a bathroom ventilation fan installed in our guest bathroom (who makes a bathroom without a vent fan these days?!). We jumped to Yelp to request some quotes and Serg got back to us super fast. He came and did an estimate for free and a week later he came and installed our new bathroom fan! This was not just a replacement fan, mind you. There was no previous existing fan or duct work. He had to install a switch for the fan, cut a hole and install the fan, wire everything, cut a hole in the side of the house, and install ducts leading from the vent to the outside of the house. He was on time, his partner was a great helper, and he got the job done and left no mess behind.
