All of the staff members took the time to reassure me and to make me as comfortable as possible during the whole process. They walked me through proper care and gave me tips to keep my smile white while I had them on. I was never a fan of how my teeth looked. I hated smiling in pictures because I had a huge gap between my front teeth and horrible crowding on the bottom. I felt like people noticed my teeth before they actually noticed me. I'm so glad I chose Parks Orthodontics because now I have beautiful straight teeth and the confidence to go with them. I can finally smile in my pictures! What I loved the most though was how friendly all the staff members are. Jessica and Ellen are both great and love to hear how you're doing. They take an interest in you and really show you that they care. When I got my braces off I opted for the Invisalign retainers so that I could whiten my teeth. They had to send the molds off and they said it could take a week for them to come back. The retainers came in before my next appointment and Ellen really went the extra mile to deliver them to me while I was at work. It really made my day to know that she cared about me and my smile. I went to other offices for consultation before I chose Parks and they all treated you like another number. Some of them even wanted to pull teeth! When I arrived at Parks it instantly felt like home and I was not just another number. I highly recommend them if you are seeking treatment. They are the best!!

The…read morestaff is extreamly friendly, and you can tell they want you to have a good experience and be happy with your smile. The biggest downside to my invisalign process was at the start of my treatment I needed a tooth pulled. Behl ortho collected all of the information they needed and said my dentist would be contacted for the extraction, as this office does not do that. Unfortunately the dentist was never called, but an appointment was made and the wrong tooth was extracted. I confronted Behl ortho and was never given a direct answer about what happened. I was obviously distraught and overly stressed about having the wrong tooth pulled. I will say, they did a rescan and had my new liners expedited. They have been working hard to get me where I want to be with my smile and my teeth. I'm especially impressed with the female (I believe is another dentist) who has worked with me from start to finish. She has a friendly and welcoming personality and made me feel at ease about what happened to me. I haven't seen Dr. Behl since my consultation, who hopped in and out, and I don't even remember him asking me my name. It would have been nice if he personally expressed his displeasure in the wrong tooth being pulled. But I guess when your business is doing so well, I don't matter in the bigger picture. If I could do it all over I wouldn't have gone here, but that's not the case. I'm hoping moving forward things will only get better!

I started coming to Dr…read more Artzer a few years back in the period between your parents making your appointments and you making your own so I kind of got off to a slow start but everything about this office helps ease all my dentist anxiety. The staff is all very nice. I typically get the same hygienist every time I go in and she and Dr. Artzer both work pretty quickly in my opinion. Dr. Artzer is definitely a magician of some sorts. I have required local anesthesia on a couple of procedures and the first time I was so shocked he got the needle in my mouth and me numbed and I literally just thought he was looking at my tooth. I've been to a dentist where the numbing process was so rough they sent me home for the day with no procedure so this is much appreciated. The billing specialist, Pam, I believe always walks you through any bills incurred and it's never like they are trying to nickel and dime or up sell. I have been in a few times during the pandemic and this office has maintained exemplary precautions. I will definitely be back obviously.

They would break when he wasn't even eating it's obviously an issue of technique or the way his teeth are shaped . 2 years later and $4000 ..: we are out of The time and money . His teeth are still turned sideways , and it is obvious they can't be bothered to find a solution. I would have been happy to extend treatment or try to figure out why they keep breaking , but none of that was offered. The solution was to take them all off and send us out the door , and keep my $4000 When I asked if wee could speak to Dr Ashby , she refused . They offered me $200 credit if we DONT take the retainer , obviously I declined the retainer and the insulting refund . We will be filing a small claims case in the morning . We have an appointment with another local orthodontist tomorrow afternoon, hopefully we can get to the bottom of what they were doing wrong . I suggest you save yourself the headache and the money and find another practice.

I believe, the treatment here benefited my son more so than if we would have stayed at the old place. I can't say enough good things about this Orthodontics practice. They have another location in Virginia Beach which we also visited on few occasions. People who work here seem very happy at work despite overwhelming amount of patients in the afternoons. Ohh yes, that is my advice: try booking appointment before school's out.

He then put me on retention. During retention , he refused to give any responses to my concerns. Confused about his decision, I decided to seek a second opinion. When I visit his office again, aware of my action, he immediately release me from his office. His staff members inform me to leave the office. Shocked by the sudden change of attitude, I stood there not moving an inch, frozed like a statue. Before I recover from my shock, staff members pick up the phone and call the police. Though still shocked but I manage to recover to the point where I know there is no need to challenge the authorities. I inform the officers I meant no harm and took my leave.
