No industrial design, empty grey walls or drab surroundings. Dr. Wyatt himself is a star that shines so bright. He squeezed me in to quickly and aptly access my dental situation. Extraordinarily kind (both him & Alice at the front desk), considerate and willing to work with me for a solution. Dr. Wyatt motives are sincere- he genuinely wants to help the world through beautiful straight smiles. So genuine, this entire establishment. Honestly, they root for the people, which is rare. When a picture is worth a thousand words, a straight & bright smile is worth a million. While others are aware of this and act accordingly, Dr. Wyatt does not. Dr. Joosse & staff is excellent - and everyone had wonderful chair-side manners. The office was always very festive... they always celebrated seasonal holidays, to so the environment was fun! Everyone was always very thorough with their work. Dr. Joosse also sent us a video explaining the progress of our daughter's treatment. They have state-of-the art technology that gave us visuals along with doc's explanation. My journey started in October 2024 and involved multiple dentists, crown replacements, countless adjustments, consultations with specialists, and even a root canal. Throughout that time, I knew something still wasn't right, but I never felt like anyone was truly getting to the bottom of the problem. From my first visit, Dr. Loren Masuoka was different. He listened carefully to my concerns, took my symptoms seriously, and never made me feel like I was imagining things. Instead of dismissing what I was experiencing, he genuinely wanted to understand why I was still having pain and find a solution. During my appointment, he took the time to evaluate my bite and noticed that my crown was taking most of the force when I bit down. He carefully adjusted it and explained what he was seeing. The result has been incredible. For the first time since October 2024, I can chew on the right side of my mouth without pain. The cold sensitivity is gone, and I no longer spend every meal worrying about that tooth. After nearly two years of frustration, appointments, and uncertainty, I finally feel like myself again. The greatest gift Dr. Masuoka gave me was making me feel heard. I was late by 12 minutes today and the woman checking me in announced to everyone we were late and they would have to work us back into the schedule. Not a good practice of announcing when a client is late when clients so frequently have to wait beyond their initial appointment time.
